Sales department great, but SERVICE department not
Sales department great, but SERVICE department not recommended. Made appointment 48 hours in advance on line, for 2021 Colorado. Selected will wait for oil change and to check air conditioner malfunction, and leak. Received email conformation,(customer will wait), for mechanical issue. I arrived 15 mins early and was asked if I am dropping truck. Then told only oil change if waiting. That it would take 1 to 4 days to check air-conditioner. Website claims to have rental service at the dealership, but I was told they have none. My oil change took 1.5 hours for $166. If you need warranty work there, good luck.

I had a screw in my right front tire on my 2018 Chevy
I had a screw in my right front tire on my 2018 Chevy Silverado which I discovered at the end of my shift at work. I wanted to avoid long waits at tire shops so I decided to try Bill Estes' shop to get a tire patch. They got me in and out immediately, it was not at all expensive and they even let me use some of my GM rewards points to shave off some of the cost. They also did exactly what I asked and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. I would definitely recommend them for emergency vehicle repairs and will return in the future.

The service was fast.
The service was fast. The technician was honest and open about what I needed on my car. He even recommended a service I was due for because of a special that was being ran on that service. Wonderful experience and will continue to take my vehicle to bill Estes for any maintenance
