Collin did a good job.
Collin did a good job. Overall, we are pleased with our purchase. I don't want to make this sound too negative, because I share blame here. We realized after we left the dealership (on the way home after make the used car purchase) that our driver's side windshield wiper did not work and we were missing the antenna (FM/AM) from the top rear of the car. All in all, it was a $20 fix (purchasing the antenna). The antenna screwed right on and the windshield wiper just had a loose bolt. Again, I share the blame for not checking every single little thing before purchasing, but that seems like some things that should have been checked by the dealership before offering sale. Also, the dealership is 90 minutes from home, so I did not even contact them to bring it back. In other words, I'm not saying they wouldn't fix it. They may have been willing to fix it, but I wasn't willing to drive back for that. Also, the transaction seemed to take a long time. I haven't bought a car in a while, but we were there for about 3 hours. We did have a trade in, but it was a minimum trade and had clean title. We also had the check in hand for the vehicle and did not finance there. I could be wrong about it taking a long time.

My experience could not have been any better working with Bill Estes. My salesman, Scott, took great care of me. He and Chris got my payments where I needed them to be while also getting me in a brand new car. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Had my oil changed.
Had my oil changed. I ran a little bit late- no problem. Took advantage of a Wednesday discount. Oil change was quick. I appreciate their attitude.

Our sales experience was terrible when we went back to
Our sales experience was terrible when we went back to pick a truck up which we had looked at the previous day. We had agreed on the sales price with the salesman and the sales manager the previous day and all we had to do was sign the paperwork and pay. We did all of this and went to get in the truck and noticed the running board on the drivers door was no longer going up when the door was opened. We went to let them know and to see if they could do something with it and the sales manager said no and rudely said I can tear the contract up, so we had him tear it up and give us our check back. The Sales Manger’ attitude was not pleasant at all and he displayed an uncaring attitude. Needless to say we did not purchase the truck from Bill Estes. Had we had the sales manager we talked to the day before, we would have been treated with respect. Not going back.
