Shop had my car for 1 day.

Shop had my car for 1 day. Picked it up and it’s dirty all over the window steering wheel and door. I am upset to see all the dirt they left in my car. They had time to clean it up. They made the mess. Also everything was over priced.

The tech diagnose the vehicle wrong and I was charged

The tech diagnose the vehicle wrong and I was charged 1590 for it and when they did the correction it was only 125.00. Now we are out of 1590. The managers were rude. I was a horrible experience.

Trevor and Damon awesome service writers make sure your

Trevor and Damon awesome service writers make sure your s*** is taken care of and the technicians know what the problem is and you couldn't ask for better service writers. Their technicians are great my vehicle was under warranty third party warranty and everything was covered they even found problems that I didn't know that I had and made sure they was taken care of I wouldn't recommend any other service department or service writers to deal with my vehicle at all. These are the people you want to take your vehicle to. They are on top of things yes it took a little longer than what I thought but everything came out great my vehicle is running wonderful and they all did a wonderful job every one of them. I bought the vehicle from them their sales department is also unbelievably nice generous and honest.

HAD TO PAY FOR 2ND OIL CHANGE,EVEN THOUGH I CALLED BEFORE HAND AND WAS TOLD I HAD ENOUGH REWARDS TO PAY FOR IT. THE SERVICE MAN DIDNT KNOW WHAT THE xxxx I WAS TALKING ABOUT!

Great Service and Experience

We had a great buying experience purchasing our new truck. We found the truck online and contacted the dealership. Donnie got in touch will us and answered all our questions promptly and we then made a 3 hour drive to see it the next day. They were ready for us and the whole purchase experience was so easy. Would definitely recommend them.

Smdhlol

Cost me $200 to have my truck looked at and the man helping me was very rude and short with me. They told me they had to add 4 1/2 quarts of oil to it but when I took it to them I had just checked it and it was good on oil. When I got it back it was way over filled. They told me that it had a rod knocking and would cost me $10,000 to fix truck. I declined that and took my truck elsewhere. The mechanic that fixed it ran the codes in front of me and told me, listened to truck and told me it needed a lifter kit. $1200 later and I was driving my truck with no problem. I will never take my truck back to this dealership again.

Tire rotation potential accident

I had oil change and tire rotation three months ago, I don’t drive much only 8 miles round trip to work so I put little miles on my truck. On my way home from work I heard a popping sound from my front tire. When I got home, I was missing two Lug nuts and the other four were loose. I asked if the dealership could tighten and replace the 2 lug nuts and they said I’ll have to pay for the lug nuts myself. I understand mistakes can be made and I will still go to Sternburg for my vehicle maintenance but I thought that was very petty not to make a bad situation on their part right.
