I needed to deal with an ongoing recall for Chevy

I needed to deal with an ongoing recall for Chevy Trailblazers in our corporate fleet. Mark made the experience an easy process. Max understood the issue I was having.

Max understood the issue I was having. It was an intermittent issue and Max was persistent in getting the problem to reappear until it finally did. Max has excellent people skills
