This place is amazing, best customer service ever and a great selection of vehicles. Our salesman Justin is awesome. This dealership as a whole goes above and beyond. Best customer service ever received at a dealership. We drove from out of state with 4 kids under 12, everyone in that dealership was kind, helpful and polite. My kids were hugging and waving goodbye to everyone, you are treated like family. I was impressed and amazed at their excellent customer service. They definitely gained a lifetime customer, we love our new conversion van. When we are in the market for an everyday vehicle, we know where to go. I can't speak highly enough about this dealership, a week later my kids are still telling everyone about other salesmen there giving them Popsicles, the mechanics making funny faces at them through the service window making them giggle. Our van is beautiful, immaculate, more van than we imagined and look forward to making lasting memories vacationing around. Thank you all for everything.

Overall the dealerships and Joe Bauman Salesmen were good. I went along to help my widow friend buy a car. We went to the Gm side but needed to work with the arbogast ford finance Mgr and that was xx. HE didn't listen only wanted to tell- I told him this was bull which further sent this south due to us having prearranged financing through Abby CU.- Then after waiting another 20 minutes we had Abby talk directly to John because they were not getting his email- oh a typo- more Bull. John even mentioned he was overworked because he was the only person doing financing- yes telling a customer that. WOW As a retired CEO who has bought over 30 cars in my lifetime- john is a reputation killer. I'll let the owner decide what to do about that. We liked Joe, the car & dealerships overall- pretty good deal but the interaction with John spoiled all of that. Maybe he had a bad day ' xx.

I had a truly frustrating experience with this dealership
I had a truly frustrating experience with this dealership that I feel compelled to share. I was in contact with Josh the day before my scheduled test drive and had everything confirmed for first thing the next morning. However, upon arriving on time, I was greeted with a delay—Josh showed up 20 minutes late because he had gone out to grab breakfast burritos for his team. Fine, things happen, but that’s just the beginning of the issues. Once Josh finally arrived, we were told that the car I was there to test drive had already been sold. The worst part? They knew the car was no longer available and never bothered to contact me to cancel or reschedule the test drive. My wife and I packed up our toddler and drove over an hour for absolutely nothing, which was a huge waste of our time and energy. It’s beyond frustrating when a dealership doesn’t take basic steps to respect your time, especially when you’ve already confirmed details. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I am very disappointed in the customer service.
I am very disappointed in the customer service. I bought a vehicle, a 21 Mazda on November the 7th, on December 2nd it had to be towed. The vehicle only had 27,500 Mi. On Friday the 6th of December when I was irritated that I had missed days of work because they were convinced that it was the key fob battery and they needed both key fobs to fix the problem. On Fri when I showed up at the dealership I was informed that I had been eligible for a loaner car, they were sorry they didn't think to mention that. After the Ford dealership could not figure out what the problem was because changing the batteries in the key fob did not fix it, it would start 20/25 times and show the same message. They sent it to a Mazda dealer. The Mazda mechanic could not replicate the issue of the car not starting when you put your foot on the brake and it telling you your foot was not on the break. So they also changed the batteries in the key fobs again and because it started a few times in a row for them they sent it back to ford. After much discussion and trying to get them to give me a different car of the same value... I was refused. I had driven that car about 500 miles. They believe that changing the battery in the 2 key fob six times solved the problem. The problem was it would start 25 times or so and then display the same message. Now that after starting it 25 times it has not displayed the message miraculously it must be fixed and changing the battery has solved the issue. If things were just that easy! It was returned to me today. Fingers crossed that it starts on the 30th time and I'm not stranded somewhere again! I was not asking for more than I paid for I was asking for a safe and reliable vehicle. In my opinion that is not good customer service. I will not purchase a car there again and plan on spreading my truth!

Zach and Ed were extremely easy to work with to help
Zach and Ed were extremely easy to work with to help facilitate my remote, out-of-state purchase. Even after the truck was delivered, they were extremely helpful in answering any odd questions related to being an out-of-state purchase, such as taxes and registration. The price was the best in the region for what I was looking for, which is why I purchased a vehicle in Ohio while living in South Carolina.
