Very happy with our new Forester the sales people were

Very happy with our new Forester the sales people were great to work with and got everything done in a timely manner. Couldn't get the app to work to start the car went back up the next day wasn't fluffed off salesman came right out and helped and when he couldn't get it he got someone that could turned out to be a phone issue. As for the car itself it's extremely well built , comfortable only thing is we are not techies so it has some learning curves for us but they all are like this now days.

Darren did an awesome job of showing me options of the

Darren did an awesome job of showing me options of the Subaru I wanted. He worked to get me financing that met my needs. Darren noted my desire of keeping my current license plates and instructed me on the steps required to make it happen. Before sending me off in my new to me car Darren showed me different features and paired my phone to the car. I am very happy that Darren was there when I decided to get a newer car. Thank you.

I recently purchased my second subaru from Fuccillo's.

I recently purchased my second subaru from Fuccillo's. Darren is the best! He is so extremely helpful and answers every question. From finding what I wanted and needed in a vehicle, to the budget I set, and to picking up my car. He handled it all, from start to finish. What a great experience. So thankful for Darren and all his help.

Darren provided me with excellent customer service as a new car owner helped every bit of the way and ensured that I knew what I was getting into. Trust is key and I’d recommend others to trust him as well!

This place is very poor.

This place is very poor. Give you a warranty and refuse to honor it. Will never do business with them again. Chuck is a crooked salesman. Very rude service manager also. Likes to yell at women.

HUGE disappointment!

HUGE disappointment!! They sold us a used 2020 Subaru Forester Sport that still had an active lien on it. We put a $500 deposit down. Went in a few days later to close the deal. After putting another $7,500 down, insuring and financing the car we got a HUGE let down. We sat there like idiots waiting on tags, and keys only to be told they couldn’t register it because they were waiting on a lien release. They sold a car with a lien!!! Worst part about the whole situation was no one and I mean no one took responsibility for the situation. All we got were excuses and told it’s the bank, or DMVs fault. We were told the situation would be cleared up in a few days, they were just waiting to receive the lien release in the mail. It’s been two weeks now and still no lien release. We got a refund for the $8,000 and done with this dealership. If you can’t trust them to stand by the initial deal then how can you trust their services after the sale? HUGE SCAMMERS!

Worst customer service experience!

Worst customer service experience!!! Buy any where else but here. They do NOT value their customers after the sale is done. I've had my subaru a year now. It's been the worst decision buying from this dealership. The car is amazing. Purchasing was easy but as soon as we signed, it went downhill fast. I paid for under coating outside of the purchase. I was told to schedule the under coating online. It would take a entire day because it needed time to drive and they would give me a loaner vehicle while mine is being serviced. So I schedule online. Show Up on Friday at 8am. I was told my appointment had been canceled. No one attempted to contact me and they had no idea about a loaner car. The guy who applies the under coating could now only do it on Saturdays because it is hazardous and something about OSHA. They made it out to some how be my fault. It was extremely stressful trying to get them to reschedule the appointment. I was told not to make appointments online because no one monitors it. Finally was able to get it undet coated. But no loaner car was available. Then my 1st service needed to be scheduled. Their phone system is down. I sent several online messages over several days to their sales department explaining the phones where down and I needed to schedule a service. They were more than happy to sell me another car but getting it serviced was a whole other frustration. It took 2 weeks to make an appointment. Here I am again trying to reach someone. This is the 6x time this year their phone system has been down when I have attempted to call. If you press a # for a department, it says invalid. If you press 0, it starts the automated message over. So again, I message the sales department. Again, the want to sell me another car but didn't take 2 seconds to read that I needed help scheduling a service. Several attempts again. I need to have my car serviced and I need clarification about the under coating no one has been able to give this information for an entire year. I've given them an entire year. My husband kept his 4 runner. He goes next door to the Toyota dealership and has exceptional service every single time and he didn't buy from them. I extremely regret buying from this dealership. Customer service is non existent!!

I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership.

I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership. The first was a 2020 Impreza. I had it 3 years and recently traded it in. I moved up to a Forester as the reason for trading it in. I had a remote start installed by this dealership on the Impreza before I took it home with no issues. Both my buying experiences have been fine. They listened to me and we looked at what I wanted. They did not try to talk me into something else. I never felt any sales pressure at all. I have used the service department for oil changes tire rotation and no issues as well. May I also add that the day I came to pick up my Forrester that I thought I wanted and they had it ready for me to take home. I had them run some numbers and I decided on the touring model instead. I decided at the last minute on a different vehicle and they were fine with it. They got that vehicle ready for me and I took it home a couple hours later.

Fucillo Subaru Not Interested in Customer Satisfac

I custom ordered a 2023 Forester back on April 7, 2023. When the vehicle finally arrived on June 11, several of the features I had ordered were not on the vehicle. One accessory, the Door Edge Guards, were supposedly ordered immediately. I was informed three weeks ago that the parts were in and given an appt date of June 11. When I showed up, I was told that the parts were the wrong parts. The next day I was called by the Parts Dept to tell me those parts had arrived. But Service informed me it would be another week before they would schedule me to have them installed!? Is this true concern for customer satisfaction? Is this the Fucillo business model - make the customer at the whim and beck and call of the dealer?

Some sales guys don’t get the stuff you are needin

Some sales don’t give you what they tell you after the sale , remote starter doesn’t work and they will not pay for it like they said
