Broken car on delivery & Ghosted
Pretty disappointed. Just recently bought a 2014 bmw z4 from them and was told it was in good condition but it arrived with CEL and misfiring. I contacted dealer right away and was told to have car Inspected. I did that and it ended up needing $2500 worth of work done. I assumed the dealer would be kind enough to cover the costs or at least some of it. Contacted sales guy many times with bill and was told manager would call me but never did. I’m sure they will just ignore me or tell me it’s my fault. Beautiful car but not cool that it was sold to me with needing so much work. Hope they will make this right.

The sales person, MS Elexir, whom I have been dealing
The sales person, MS Elexir, whom I have been dealing with, from start to finish has been phenomenal. She is highly professional, courteous, honest and transparent without which I wouldn’t have bought the car. Kudos to her. She doesn’t get tired of my texts and calls. She is a great asset to Exotic Motors. Giving the opportunity, I would buy from her again and recommend friends and relations and colleagues to patronize the company she works for and have direct dealings with her.

Avoid this Dealership.
This Dealership is not worth your time. Google search the dealership for a more detailed account of this purchase but essentially this dealership solid a car with multiple mechanical issues and is now gone silent. Bought the vehicle that I clearly outlined mechanical issues and they are hiding behind the as-is, even though they claimed this car was fully serviced, inspected, and they pay 10,000’s of thousands a month on this inspection process that includes full video proof, which they never provided. Simply put, decide for your self after reviewing the google reviews if you want to gamble. It’s not just me…

Please don't wasted your time!?
I visited this dealership today to look at a 2016 Audi A8L. When my wife and I entered the office, after taking a look at the car, we hadn't been greeted by anyone. I asked the sales representative about the price of the car and told him that I had financing arranged already. After hearing the amount that I was pre-approved for, he immediately stated that I could not afford the car. He didn't ask about a down payment amount or if I was interested in a trading a car in. I then asked if I could test drive the vehicle and he said that they "only provide test drives when we're well into the buying process", which makes absolutely no sense. How would one know if they want to enter into the purchasing process if one doesn't know if the car is worthy of the time, effort or capital? A test drive informs us tremendously toward this end. I feel that he discriminated against me and didn't give me the opportunity to purchase the car. I went there with the express purpose of purchasing that car today.

Bought car 2 months ago and love it more everyday
I had been looking for a certain vehicle for about 6 months and finally found it online. However, it was in Georgia and I live in Colorado…what to do?!? I had never heard of the dealership nor did I know anything about them other then what I could find online. I really wanted the car though so took a chance, reached out and started talking to Donna at Exotic Motors to see about buying it. We agreed on the price and they agreed to hold the car with a deposit for me. I couldn’t have been more excited that I had finally found the car but of course was hesitant because it was a dealer in another state that I didn’t know anything about. I setup my financing and scheduled the flight to GA because I wanted to drive the car back instead of having it shipped. When I arrived at Exotic Motors to pickup the car I couldn’t have been more excited or more nervous. My nerves were quickly put at ease when I saw the car and it looked even better in person then in pictures. In addition, you know all those things you do to get a car ready for a 1,500-mile road trip, gas, tires, battery, oil change, etc… they had done all those things for me!! I spent a couple days driving the car back to Colorado and was a great trip in my new car. Donna and Eddie at Exotic Motors exceeded my expectations and truly treated me right. I would highly recommend Exotic Motors to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Even though I live in Colorado when I’m looking for my next car I’m going to reach out to them first to see if they can find it for me. I told that to a friend and they asked why I would do that, and my answer was simple, they’ve earned my business! When someone treats me as good as they did and were as fair and honest as they were they deserve to get me business in the future. Being able to trust the people selling me such an expensive purchase is huge for me and I’m truly appreciative of how great the entire experience turned out to be. Thank you, Exotic Motors, Donna and Eddie, for treating me right and selling me my dream car. I absolutely love it and couldn’t be happier!

ripped off big time, car fell apart from day 13
I bought a 2013 Bmw 550i from these guys on may 1st 2020, Fast forward to May 13th The car started misfiring on cylinders one and seven, BMW then replaced the injectors and the bill was $1965. My out-of-pocket expense on that was $342 Because of the extended warranty. On June 8 it started misfiring again on cylinder number five and they replaced the injector on cylinder number five and they noted that the car was missing bolts and screws and they were in the wrong place and the reason the injectors were failing is because someone re-used an old coupling instead of putting a new one on like is required. It was also noted that the turbo inlets were damaged and not sealing properly and the rear differential bushing had to be replaced and the cost of that repair was $2227 and I had to pay $1275. On June 26 it was misfiring again and they recommended to replace the rest of the injectors as well as the 4 Vanos solenoid's, The valve cover gasket was leaking, so they replaced and it needed a rear brake job. The cost of that service was $7212 and my out-of-pocket was $2769. On July 29The car had to be towed back to BMW and it was determined that the high-pressure fuel pumps had failed. The service was completely paid for by BMW. During the month of August my car was continually asking me to put oil in it at a rate of 4 quarts in a month, I suspected the valve stem seals need to be replaced. On August 5 I took the car in to have it checked for the valve stem seals and to replace a thermostat that was faulty. They determined that it indeed was the valve stem seals and that repair estimated at $8900 but should be covered under the bang lawsuit. However when BMW went to compare the engine block serial number and the serial number my vin says is supposed to be in the car, they determined that it was not the original engine. I pulled up the Carfax on it and called the last couple places that had been serviced which was Apple sport Imports in Austin Texas. I called them and gave them the Vin number and asked about the services that have been done there and they said that no engine work had been done. the last thing that had been serviced was the alternator. I then called Pro import in Gainesville And asked them the same question and they had not done any work to it either they had only changed the oil. It is my belief that between 5/27 2019 and december 2019 the engine was replaced somewhere non-authorized by BMW or any other certified mechanic It was sold at auction at 78377 miles And failed the emission inspection at 78,479. Because this was not a BMW authorized repair or done in a any certified mechanic shop I do not qualify for The repair to be paid for my BMW so now it's up to my extended warranty company to hopefully help pay for that service which is almost $10,000 when is all said and done.
