Took my jeep in for warranty transmission work 3 weeks

Took my jeep in for warranty transmission work 3 weeks ago. Parts have been on back order for 2 weeks. It's not a dealership problem, but a Chrysler Parts supply issue. So far they've been good about keeping me updated.

Buying my new car here was the best car buying experience

Buying my new car here was the best car buying experience I ever had. My salesperson, Dylan, was so knowledgeable about the Jeep brand, actually listened to exactly what I wanted in a car, was super patient and helpful with all my questions, was very transparent throughout the process, and followed up to see how things were going after the purchase. He even went above and beyond scheduling an in person meeting with me a week after the purchase to answer more questions I had. Rob and Sara on the finance side were exceptional, too. The facility is immaculate and the waiting area has exceptional amenities. Overall everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and very committed to making sure I got what I want, my questions were answered, and that I was super happy with my purchase and the total experience. I LOVE my new Jeep Grand Cherokee, will only go to this dealership from now on, and will be recommending this dealership to everyone I know.

Breylen Suttles-Barnwell Treated Me Very Kindly. He Took His Time With Me. He Made Sure He Understood Exactly What I Was Looking For. Then He Diligently Searched Numerous Sites On His Computer, While Keeping Me Involved And Explaining What He Was Doing Throughout The Whole Process. He Was Very Patient And Courtesy. He Made Me Feel Very At Ease And Comfortable. I Felt He Looked Until He Found Something He Himself Would Buy. I Felt The Tone In His Voice And His Nurturing Spirit Was Right On Point. ( He Even Went And Grabbed A Oatmeal Cookie For Me Without Me Even Having To Ask Him). He’s So Sweet And Pays Attention. I Could Go On And On About The Great Excellent Service He Showed Me. Josh took great care of me to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. He also made sure I brought everything I needed for all the work to be done on my vehicle.

Service was great

The service was great. Stephanie and Ryan did a nice job of taking care of me and explaining all of the work that was done on the vehicle. The team at Fox is phenomenal. I will definitely be back.
