I recently had the oil changed and NYS Inspection done.

I recently had the oil changed and NYS Inspection done. When I returned home I noticed that the glove compartment was open and I could not close it. I returned the following day, and Jake in the service department went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the adjustment to the glove compartment. Thank you Jake for helping me out and getting the problem fixed. VanBortel should commend you for your fantastic customer service. Renee Shapiro (2016 Outback)

Just leased 2025 Forester Touring. Have long experience with their great Car Service, but not with the Sales Team. Our recent car and finance options selection experience was truly fantastic! The staff are professional, ethical and fair to do

The staff are professional, ethical and fair to do business with. The delivery went well and the hybrid Forrester is a terrific product. They are responsive to questions and requests. The only negative is that I purchased the auto one month ago and still have not received the permanent registration (understandable given the volume of cars they sell, and the sloth-like pace of NYS-DMV).
