This dealership is very clean. The manager spoke when he reported to work and that’s very big in my field of Customer Service to acknowledged the customer. My new Service Advisor Broderick Edwards is very knowledgeable and patient. He went over the details about my car. He offered the new promotion with the oils changes. He is also knowledgeable.

Had an excellent experience getting my 2023 RDX serviced. Everyone was super helpful and my oil change, tire rotation and alignment was done in a timely fashion. Sarp was very pleasant and helpful.

Appointment and schedules meed to be punctual.There is no sense for wait time for simple oil change took 2 5 hours, why? All they can offer is an apology. I saw this happen to multiple people including my self.
