I only looked at 1 vehicle but I did not wait long.

I only looked at 1 vehicle but I did not wait long. I was given an opportunity to take it for a test drive. It was a nice vehicle and was priced fairly. The salesman was friendly and informative.

Excellent all the way around.

Excellent all the way around. Josh was awesome in helping us along every step of the way. Jose was so helpful with the test drive. Ryan made doing the paperwork almost enjoyable. Ben is a great manager. Thrilled with the car and thrilled with this dealership. No high pressure, just friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing buying experience here! I thought my perfect car didn’t exist but Josh found it! It is obvious that he cares about his customers and finding them the perfect vehicle. Stress free buying experience.

Absolute pleasure doing business with Trev and Ben. To be honest I absolutely hate all of the shady tactics that most car dealers employ. Most other dealerships I spoke to gave me the come in and let's see what we can do. Trev sent me a price quote by email on the vehicle I was interested in with everything listed. I stopped in to test drive the vehicle and to get a price on my trade in (which they were very fair with). I was happy with the price and with the trade value so I decided to purchase from them. 2023 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X.

Worst experience ever.

Absolutely the worst attempted buying experience ever. I live out of state and needed a suitable replacement vehicle asap. Called about purchasing an Infiniti at Cochran Nissan. My mother was paying for the vehicle in full to expedite the process. After 5 days of 1st being told the price was absolutely non-negotiable and the dealer telling me its illegal for my own mother to pay for my vehicle and waiting on their legal team to figure it out, I see online that they DROPPED the "non-negotiable" price. 10 minutes later I receive a call telling me they sold the vehicle despite being in the middle of purchasing it, offering a deposit on it from the start, submitting all the documentation, etc. Shady, underhanded, untrustworthy, and clearly liars. Do NOT waste your time with this dealership.

The nicest car buying experience we’ve ever had! Jeff worked hard so we didn’t have to! He found the exact car we were looking for and kept us informed every step off the way! We have really felt valued and will go back there when we need our next Nissan for sure!

Ripped off!!

To anyone who owns a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder... If you drop something (like a cell phone) under the 3rd row seat, there is no way to get it out unless they remove the seat. And if you bring your Pathfinder to the Cranberry Nissan Service Center, they will not tell you they have to do that and will not give you a heads up that it is going to cost $134 to get your phone! The SERVICE MANAGER (Chris Brody) told me he was doing me a favor and they should have charged me more for the service. JUST WOW! What horrible customer service!! I did not agree to these charges and would have purchased a new phone. ABSOLUTELY Ridiculous! Thank you Chris and the rest of the Cochran Nissan service team for ripping me off today! 😢

Great Deal and Great Service!!!

I just happened to stop in the dealership on Saturday Steve Ball came up and created me and discussed the new 2021 40th Anniversary Maxima, I told him I was interested but had a event to get to. He took my information and contacted within an hr and sent me what I needed and then on Monday went in to the dealership and we closed the deal!!!! Steve went above and beyond to get this deal done and was AWESOME to work with!!! We definitely recommend Steve and this dealership to anyone purchasing a new vehicle. And, Mark in their service department is good to work with too.
