My Oakes Kia of NKC was a great experience with nice

My Oakes Kia of NKC was a great experience with nice people and a great selection of new and used cars. I also had an awesome sales associate to help me through the process fast and seamlessly. I came to the dealership with an idea of the car I

I came to the dealership with an idea of the car I wanted, but I also wanted the chance to look around. I was able to do this freely without feeling pressured - just a few friendly check-ins from salespeople to make sure I was doing okay. I eventually found the car I had in mind and went inside to start the process. Kyle assisted me with everything, from the test drive to the paperwork. He was very friendly and made the process quick and easy. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ve been very happy with how smoothly everything went. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a new car!

They force you into signing a paper that says you

They force you into signing a paper that says you acknowledge you may only receive one key. I was told if there’s a second key, it’ll be sent with title paperwork. They keep all the second keys off site. Where’s the logic in that?? The tag on my key had “1 of 2” written on it. And I contacted the prior owner of my car who confirmed she gave them TWO KEYS when she traded the car. I drove three hours to buy the car I wanted and was forced to sit thru an extended warranty sales pitch. The girl who did it was very nice, not pushy at all. I know she was just doing her job. But I was ready to get home and that took an extra hour. I will be lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I definitely won’t be recommending Oakes Kia to anyone. Oh and if they want that signed copy of the title, they’ll get it when I get my second key. Bunch of scammers at Oakes. Shop elsewhere, folks. They get two stars bc they did fill up my gas tank before I drove home. Otherwise it would be one star.
