When I bought the car, I left it to install the license plate. Later, when I bought the car, I saw that they had installed the license plate incorrectly and I took it to the service to fix it. But they could not unscrew it and they ordered a new trunk lid. This took a few months and then they replaced it. But after that, whenever it rained or I washed the car, the lid watered. It's filling up. I waited for months again and they replaced it again, but the problem was not solved (by the way, they are constantly trying to sell me a new car). It's been 2.5 years and they don't even contact me anymore. It's like I'm the culprit. That's why the electrical fault constantly breaks down and I pay money to have it fixed.😡

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. SERVICE DEPT STINKS! Our 2019 Tucson has 52,000 miles. Had all kinds of problems - bad catalytic converter, bad starter. And now, off and on for the last year P1326 error - knock sensor issue (KSDS). 5 times in a year this has occurred! This svc dept doesn't seem to have a clue what is causing this. Hyundai extended the warranty to 150,000 miles/15 yrs. Now they want $856 to run a diagnostic. Each of the 4 times previous attempted repairs were under warranty, but not this time. May have to sell it for scrap as it can't be driven.

Service Department Review
I came in on August 17th for a synthetic oil change. I was was a walk in appointment, due to Key Hyundai dropping the ball along with Hyundai of Orange Park. One couldn't schedule me until late September, the other forgot I had an appointment in the first place on the 17th. I walked in and they took care of me here. I was in and out within 2 hours and due to the hassle of what I encountered with the other service departments, they provided a free synthetic oil change and provided coupons for any service in the future. Toni the service manager is who I dealt with and I will continue to come back and praise this department for their hard work. They didn't try to recommend any maintenance not required, and also attentive to my service records I brought in with me and were overall a pleasure to interface with, as compared to Key Hyundai or Hyundai of Orange Park. Also, I'd like to praise them on their waiting area.
