MINI of Charleston

Working with Russ and Mini of Charleston was a wonderful experience. I dread buying a car but Russ made it fun and easy! Would absolutely recommend him and his team!

I knew it was time to go electric. I did my research and explored 4 different brands. Having had BMWs and a Mini before, I was leaning in that direction. When I walked into Mini and was warmly greeted by my prior Motoring Advisor, it felt like I was coming home. Russ Thames made everything so easy. He remembered that I asked about an electric mini years before but the range just wasn?t there. He was so glad he now had a mini made just for me! He knew everything I loved about my prior mini so he understood what would be important. What?s amazing about the Mini Countryman is that all the ?extras? I would pay a bonus for on other vehicles were included and standard on this mini. Also Russ spent plenty of time with me showing me how to drive my first electric car. He knows technology and makes it easy and accessible. He knew there was a way to get me into the one beautiful electric mini on his lot and he did! He and I worked seamlessly with Seth Young to work out my lease details quickly. Within 24 hours, I was driving the mini home. I couldn?t be happier with Russ, Seth, Mini of Charleston and my amazing Mini Countryman. So much fun from beginning to end!

Excellent experience. Steven and Adam tag-teamed to find me the perfect car and a precisely customized deal, after which Andrew breezed me through the numbers stuff. All were courteous, patient, and highly professional. I couldn't recommend this team more highly!

We stopped in recently to do some homework on our potential next vehicle. We knew that MINI was going to have some pretty exciting changes this year and were curious to see how easy of a transition it would be. This store is always so wonderful to work with, the entire staff really seems to enjoy what they do and it shows! The service doesn’t stop when you purchase the car either, I’m always greeted with a smile when coming in for maintenance and my Motoring Advisor Russ even makes sure to say hey and check in on how everything is going. This store genuinely cares about the client, it’s not just another sale to them. They’ve got a client for life!

I was recently preparing for an upcoming trip and realized that my MINI was coming due for its yearly maintenance as well as needing the rear brake pads. This wasn’t a surprise to me though because the wonderful inspection video from my last service gave me plenty of heads up to plan for them. I dropped my MINI off on my way out of town for the week and knew that she was in safe hands while I was gone. When I returned to town, she was waiting for me washed and ready to go. My salesperson, Russ, was also there and gave me some great information on the upcoming Countryman due out this year. I can’t wait to see what MINI comes up with next!

Russ is such a joy to work with! He does such a wonderful job at making the entire buying process fun and enjoyable. You can really tell that he is passionate about what he does and wants to ensure you make the right choice when selecting a MINI! We will definitely be back to see him for our next!
