Bad payer

Sold my 2016 Altima to them since 10/26/2021, almost two months and still waiting for my check. Every time I called, I talk to a representative who transfers me the management office and put me on hold forever.

False Advertising

The dealer listed a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder VIN ending 08697 for $40,480 in cars.com (I don't see any any price disclaimers) and I also went directly to the dealer's website and got an online estimate there to calculate taxes and fees and the estimated deal came to $44,617 included taxes and fees (I don't see any any price disclaimers). But when I called in the dealer to make an appointment, I verbally asked to confirm the price, and they said what I have doesn't include a $5,000 mark-up fees. I told them the advertised price in cars.com didn't say anything about excluding dealer's mark-up nor does the written "Estimated Deal" that I printed off from their website that included the taxes and fees. They said due to national shortage, this is a "supply and demand" thing so what I got doesn't include it. False advertising and very disappointed at it.

Terrible customer service. Randy Villasenor And his boss...

Terrible customer service. Randy Villasenor And his boss were the worse salesperson I have met in my life. Randy is so lazy that he parked the car in the front and told me to check it out by myself and went in to sit on his desk. His boss was equally arrogant. I decided to head to autobahn and buy a Mercedes Sprinter instead of their Nissan Cargo. Got a better value and great customer service.

Worst dealership experience.

I really had two months nightmare with this dealership. They messed with my contract, made a huge mistake, couldn't fix the error and they had to take the car back. But what is worst is the horrible customer experience I had. They didn't care about me or the business I lost for more than two months. They are all about money, they have no element of customer service in their work culture. Stay away from this dealership or you will have a nightmare like me.

Customer

I was looking to buy a used car, and was flat out lied to by the salesman. In speaking with management after the fact, a confirmation was provided that I was in fact lied to. I would avoid this dealership, avoid Roy and buy elsewhere. I’ve been trying to address this with the GM, but to date he refuses to call me.

Great experience

Purchased a 2018 Infiniti Q50 from this dealership. Process was easy and seamless. Great attention to detail and made my time a priority. Will definitely return to buy from here again. I got my eye on that GTR.

Worst car dealership. Don't spend your money here

Finance dept was crappy. Didn't do what they promised. Service dept are filled with people that couldn't follow direction. I bought a 2018 Leaf with a missing GPS SD card. Took them 5 months and 6 visits to get it resolved.

professional

Roy in particular treated me well and was both courteous and professional. I was a walk-in customer and given fair options. Though I ultimately decided not to buy from them, I wouldn't hesitate to look at their cars again.

very bad sales

The sales here are so ridiculous, they gave me the leasing price for 3 years is over the car purchasing price, for the leaf sv plus, the car is about 40k , and they gave me the deal of $7500 deposit with $800/month, remember this price already deduct the $7500 Federal tax credit, so basically a 3 years lease total is more than car price. And when I asked why he did this to me, it really insulted me, he said it's not his personal intension, then I said, I take this as Nissan's intension, he nodded his head to show agree. And his manager explained to me that some people will buy with these kind of deal, who knows, which means they are not practical, they just want you to buy the car at highest price, and they take buyers are idiots , who knows if I can get an idiot today, that's what they are thinking I believe. Don't go there unless you have lots of money.
