I took my car in for service and they they denied the warranty. Then they are charging me $50 a day storage fee. Absolutely dishonest xxx dealership. Steer clear of these ungodly crooked xxx clowns. I wouldn't ever go there again. Warranty are worthless.

Listened to request, repaired what asked for, and done when promised. Explaind repairs that needed attention and let the me decide to have them done.

Alyssa the service rep was very personable and work was performed in a timely manner.

Have never had a problem until today with my oil change and tire rotation appointment

Excellent service and just if not more important, excellent communication. I had a lot of under warranty work done and was kept informed every step of the way. Alyssa of the service dept is incredible keeping me informed and explaining everything that was being done and in a polite and courteous manner at all times. I understand and agree completely the designation MARK OF EXCELLENCE AWARD WINNER. Dalton, the service technician explained everything that.was done and answered every one of questions. His actual work on the car was excellent and I could not have asked for a better outcome. Wonderful service. Staff is very friendly and professional. Good communication ,they make sure your car is up to the date and everything is working properly. Nice waiting room.

I always receive friendly and efficient service at Turner Chevrolet. My latest appointment was scheduled to bring my truck in for state inspection, an oil change, and tire rotation. I received a friendly greeting from Alyssa as soon as I walked into the service center. She already had my paperwork ready and confirmed that I would be waiting, and my truck was taken in for service almost immediately. While waiting, I poured myself a cup of coffee and read the newspaper. After reading the paper, I got up to stretch my legs and checked out the new vehicles on the sales floor. As I was walking back to the waiting area, Alyssa came out and informed me that my truck was ready. After a quick check out, I was on my way!

Bought my truck from Turner in 2018,have always taken it back for service. They have treated me with respect and do an excellent job. Alyssa is great to deal with.
