Online listing photos heavily photoshopped to make the car appear in much better condition. The car I found online was damaged on every surface, had filthy engine fluids, and a cat had been walking all over it scratching it up. They argued with me when I said it didn't meet my expectations based on what they advertised. The salesman was very defensive and argumentative, all because I pointed out the problems with the car. As a woman, it's very hard to feel like you're getting a fair deal or fair treatment when it comes to car buying or repairs. This place is a scam shack. They thought they could bully me into buying this car, and they were wrong.

I have had a very positive experience using cars.com. I have been using a sales representative, Anna. She has been responsive, kind and understanding. It has been a process. However, I was able to purchase a car without leaving my home. Now, I did not have questions in regards to the vehicle itself because I had the car previously. So, that took a step out of the process. I did not have to finance the vehicle because I utilized money I received from selling my previous car. I would use cars.com again. Thank you

The staff was friendly and helpful but that’s as far as you can go with the positives. Direct auto is a car flipper pretending to be a reputable dealer. The deal we got was not terrible until you consider the fact that there were hidden costs to pay for after the fact. The car lot is absolutely filthy, the car we received was also filthy and they did not invest any time or effort cleaning up the vehicle. There will also lots of little parts and pieces such as the license plate bolts and lumbar knobs and key fob missing that we needed to replace. In retrospect we would’ve been better off just buying the car from a certitied dealer. The cost would have been about the same.

I was very nervous but she made me comfortable in my purchase. Albert is amazing and finalized all the paperwork. Overall it was a very good experience and the car runs amazing.
