Do NOT buy an extended warranty through this dealer. They barely know the terms of the warranties they will sell you. $13,000 wasted. Fair Warning UPDATE 4/18/25: After seeing my honest review, the General Manager Blaine Decker proceeded to give me a call and insult me by calling me “Petty” and insisting that he could just “get my review removed for $100, so what’s the point?”. The point Blaine is you failed to maintain professionalism with your disrespect, you failed to represent the McLaren brand appropriately with your insults to a customer who’s spent hundreds of thousands of dollars MULTIPLE TIMES with the brand, and you failed to provide the level of customer service expected from a luxury brand. If anyone reading this would like TRUE HONEST reviews by actual people who have had purchase experiences here please check Yelp. Many of the reviews here are from Highschool kids and others who attend McLaren of Charlotte’s Exotics N' Caffeine car event.

RUN DON'T WALK from this dealership. I almost made the mistake of buying a car from them as it seemed like a great deal. Unfortunately, if it is too good to be true then it is. The Carfax if you look carefully showed the same car being bought and sold at McClaren Charlotte. A year before the car had 1100 more miles! Look further and you see this dealership has a ton of lawsuits for the same scam! They scammed Mercedes--RKR Motors, Inc. vs. McClaren in Broward County, Florida Judge Andrea Valle and Bob Dean in Baton Rouge. This dealership cannot be trusted...
