I came I to browse the inventory in person to see what was on the lot. I meet with Christy Mcclyde and at echo park automotive North Houston i-45 fwy.. she ask what kind of car I wanted to look at. So I showed her a4 cars that I was interested in. She said ok. I put in my information and she said she's be Right back. When she came back. She said I got the car you wanted. Me and my family was so blessed. Christy Mcclyde help put me and my family in a new 2021 Nissan rogue. The process was very fast compared to other dealerships I been to. Christy Mcclyde is an excellent worker. Thanks echo park automotive and to Christy Mcclyde. I am blessed to have you help me get a new car. I have 2 vicheles and both of my cars is broke down. I had no transportation before I came in to echo park automotive. And because of Christy Mcclyde she bless me to leave on 6/7/2025 With a new 2021 Nissan rogue. I will return to buy another car for my daughter very soon. Thank y'all very much. Echo park automotive have did the best than any other dealerships when it comes to buying a vehicle

Lack of communication, worst customer service, they take

Lack of communication, worst customer service, they take no notes every person that call you back you have to explain again. They don’t help you if you want to get your own financial bank, they just ignore you and force you to use their financial even if you are Pre-Approved I will not recommend them and even if you put a $500 hold on a vehicle

Purchased vehicle requires over $3000 in repairs 23 days

Purchased vehicle requires over $3000 in repairs 23 days after driving off the lot. Now on day 13 trying to get repairs authorized and made, so we can use it. Had to get to corporate office in Charlotte to get responses. Hopefully will have drivable vehicle next week. This is my second purchase from this dealer. Last year, they were great. Hoping this is one-off problem as everyone has a bad day.
