When I arrived at Echo Park I was frustrated.
When I arrived at Echo Park I was frustrated. I'd just had a horrible experience with Baytown Ford. Noe and Austin were extremely helpful and worked with me to find a vehicle and deal I was happy with. Would recommend both Echo Park and Noe to anyone seeking their next vehicle

To start I do love the truck I purchased.
To start I do love the truck I purchased. Its the model and color I wanted with very mileage. However the sales communication is sorely lacking. After test driving an looking it over we agreed on a price. I noticed some minor corrosion on a battery cable and requested it be cleaned off before we left. There seemed to be some confusion over our tax rate so we agreed I would do it at home. I was told we would leave with a full tank of fuel, It took 2 hours to get my paperwork after signing. By that time I was eager to leave since we had a long drive. I didn't notice until I got on the road I only had 1/4 tank of fuel. The cable had not been cleaned off while we waited either. I made an appointment at the DMV a week later. When I get there I'm told I don't have what I need, I only have copies. I call Echo to find out they hold paperwork 7-10 days because of a return policy I was not informed of. It took several phone calls and a 2nd cancelled DMV appointment before I received my originals in order put the truck in my name. I paid for it outright so there was no financial paperwork to deal with.

Great experience went in to buy a new vehicle and come out with one. :) The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wish this would have been the first place I shop for. Because some of the other dealerships had very bad customer service.

I would never purchase another vehicle from Echo Park.
I would never purchase another vehicle from Echo Park. My motor went out at no fault of mine 45 days after purchasing vehicle and they wouldn’t pay for repairs and neither would their Gap Warranty -Fidelity Warranty.
