Professional and great service

Great experience from the purchase, a year ago, to the service department.. prompt with service reminders and appointments. One of the best decisions I’ve made was to change to Toyota. Love my Toyota family!

5k service

Had my RAV4 serviced. They took my car in promptly and made me feel welcomed as I waited for the vehicle. My vehicle was done in a very timely manner and I am pleased with the dealerships service department!!!

good service

Overall it was a good experience. I had to wait a little longer than usual but they said mornings were always their busiest. the service man did come and let me know they were working on the car it was just really busy. It is the first time I have waited 2 hours for my car to be serviced, but like I said it was busy and I really wasn't in a hurry.

Polite service and efficient processing.

Even though I came in a little bit late the staff took care of my needs, made sure I knew how long it would take, and provided free donuts which are always a plus.

Very kind people. Price was a little more than expected but.

Very kind employees. Work performed on time. Atmosphere in waiting rooms was very good along with the doughnut holes and drinks. I am again feeling a rotational vibration on the front wheel brakes that your people replaced the rotors with Oem Toyota parts a few months ago. The brakes were completely smooth right after replacement and I have not had the tires rotated to eliminate that as a possible cause. Very disappointing.

Good not great

The level of professionalism and attention has dropped since Chuck left. I came in later in the day so I understand everyone wanting to go home but the conversations of the employees really took me by surprise. I stood waiting on an advisor which is fine the place was busy but then handed off to someone else who didn’t acknowledge me accept to say “you know you don’t need an oil change right” well I honestly had no idea I didn’t that’s why I continue to use Toyota of Longview to keep track of my car maintenance when I could easily go to someone cheaper in my hometown. By the end of the experience I left pleased because the employees stayed a bit late to fix my car and the other problems are well documented. All I’m saying is there seems to be a lot of turnover and the atmosphere and level of professionalism has tanked.

Quick and thorough

I appreciate that they didn’t try to “upsell” me Services I didn’t need. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The waiting room is comfortable and clean.

Service is Good, but Expensive

People are generally friendly. Service is quick. Prices are high as is typical for a dealership. I think they are probably a decent shop, but you may get better bang for your buck elsewhere. The sales people are deceptive and rude. Any ads sent out are designed to mislead. READ THE FINE PRINT. I would never buy a car from here again.

Excellent service and prople

I thought the dealer in Louisiana I used was good, and they were. But since moving to Longview I have discoved a great service center. It starts with the greeting as you drive in, all of the service advisors are excellent. Waiting room with donuts. I have no complaints.

Great

Had a last minute need for oil change & rotation. Got me in & out w/in an hour. That's good for no appointment. No pressure either. Keep up the good work.
