Very Pleased. Excellent Experience.

I was looking for a older vehicle with specific Year/Make/Model/Trim requirements. Mountain View had it as a local trade in. Taylor replied immediately to my initial on-line inquiry. Noah Wright answered my very extensive list of questions prior to my visit. This included a personal video focusing on some areas difficult to see in the general pics posted on the website. Between the free Carfax and Noah being as upfront as possible, I felt comfortable driving 6 hrs for a test drive. As expected with older vehicles, there were a few minor issues and the Dealership worked with me to ensure I would be comfortable with the purchase. Been buying used cars for 30 years. Best used car experience to date.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

I was in the process of purchasing a car, when one of the sales managers (Jason Bryant) decided to sell the car to someone else, right out from under us. Our salesman, Clarence, had been helping me with the sale for about 2 hours, when he informed me that someone else was interested in the same car. I was told I had to get my wife to sign on some paperwork. I left to get her, with the understanding that the car was ours. When we got back, we sat there for another hour, before we were told the car had been sold. At that point, we were told they had another car, that was the same as the one we had previously agreed to. It definitely was not. It was dirty, smelled, had obvious wear on the dash and had twice the mileage. Never in my life have I ever seen someone be so rude as to have that happen. Apparently, Jason Bryant felt the other customer was more important than ourselves. I will say that Clarence, our salesman, was great and could not possibly have been more accommodating. He was great. But, unless you want to get screwed over, I would avoid this place like the plague. They in no way deserve any serious customers.

Perfect vehicle

Thanks to Dylan Cook, Gaven Stewart, Taylor Belcher and Molly Petty for making the purchase experience fantastic, got the best trade-in value for my vehicle compared to the other local dealers and believe me we went to many dealers looking for the best deal and Mountain View Nissan of Cleveland came through. Satellite radio not working on my New Truck

It's been 5 weeks and the satellite radio on my NEW truck still has not been fixed.The Austin family dealerships sure don't care about service after the sale. Just get them defective units out boys and girls!
