The entire process was amazing.
The entire process was amazing. No exclamation point, because it’s a fact. They were working with me internationally- and not like I was in Canada. But through a 14 hour time difference because I was in Japan! They did all the leg work ahead of me getting there, and took the best care of me- no matter who was helping me, Finance Dept, Sales, Internet Team. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. When it’s time to buy our next vehicle, we know where we are going!!!

Unfortunately after sale of vehicle Bill Luke could not resolve issue of crooked emblem on vehicle. They passed us around to 4 personnel and NOT one of them cared to correct the problem. Cannot recommend.

We were absolutely willing to remove and reinstall the emblem straight, even though after looking at several other vehicles like yours, this is how they are intentionally applied at the factory. I have bought many cars in the past 30 years, never have
I have bought many cars in the past 30 years, never have I ever had such a bad experience as I did with this dealer. I agreed with the price with NO discount asked. Even though there were NO haggling regarding the price I was bombarded with calls and text, first the on line sales manager would ask me a question which I would answer, then the same question would be asked by another sales man and then they would text me numerous time regarding what was agreed. Ian example was my credit application which was filled perfectly by myself and I was approved and was given a interest rate that I agreed with. Then they asked for a deposit to keep the car which was charged to my credit card. When invoice was issued and signed by me, financing term was agreed upon the manager calls and said they need 45 minutes to go over everything we had spent 2 weeks to gather. I had bought my house easier than what they put me thru. I would not buy from them.

Got a decent quote on a truck from Chris V.
Got a decent quote on a truck from Chris V. Went in to check out the truck, Chris was busy and a very helpful young man Peter Melillo, said he could help, and help he did. He even walked around the truck pointing out a few things I might have missed. I liked the truck. I liked working with Peter. We set up an appointment for my wife to drive a similar truck, because the one I was looking at was going in for service. When we got to the dealership, the truck I wanted to purchase was setting there ready to go. Peter had gotten the service department to push it up in their rotation so it would be ready. While looking at the truck, Peter gave us the key and said check it out drive it, I'll just wait inside... unheard of, Right! I was ready to negotiate, when Peter said, we reduced the price on the truck yesterday??? Totally surprised, my reaction was What? and then Wow! Then Alright!!! I am now the owner of a new Ram! I'll add this thought, It was like no other dealership, no high pressure, not 3 or 4 sales people trying to beat us up or put us in a truck we didn't want or couldn't afford. Just good honest people taking car of their customers. (Peter keep an eye out for the highlander we talked about.)

I would have rated this dealership higher, but I specifically told the salesman that I was on my lunch hour, that I had limited time and was not going to be purchasing a car that day, and that I only wanted some information. I was there to look at and test drive one vehicle and to get an estimate of the total cost. They advertise that they sell their cars at the best deals, and since this specific vehicle was under Kelley BB, I just wanted to know what dealer fees would be. I made it clear that the quickest way to lose my business would be through high pressure sales. So after driving the vehicle, the salesman and I went inside for the cost info. The salesman showed me a printout and I asked to take it with me and he said he’d be right back with a copy. So he came back with a copy, but with his boss who wanted to know how he could sell me a car that day. HUGE turnoff! I ended up buying the car, but out of the 12 dealerships I went to on this vehicle buying journey, the only dealership that didn’t treat me like a meal ticket, was Subaru Superstore in Gilbert. Bill Luke can learn from them.
