Very easy process. I worked with Steve Garcia and he was great! I showed up at the dealership 3 maybe 4 times and he was very patient and never pushed me into anything. I purchased a 23 Bronco when I finished doing my research and love it!

I was assigned to Steven Garcia, who won my trust and deserves full credit for the purchase of that car. Steven was calm, unobtrusive, informed and friendly, and with being so gained my somewhat shattered confidence. He was unhurried and polite, willing to show me and answer all my questions about this car in a factual and patient way. By being supportive without pressuring in the least, he made decision-making easy in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
