From the moment the Sales Representative Danny Love met me to the purchase of the vehicle he was outstanding. Very professional, knowledgeable, engaging, and went beyond to ensure that not only my questions were answered but also took the time to understand my needs of what I was looking for were met. I went to 8 different dealers and test drove a dozen trucks and by far Danny was the best sales team member of them all as well as the entire team from sales, Ian Bennett in Finance, service and parts have been excellent. The fact it’s been over two weeks and no one has reached out tells me how sorry of the people that works in that dealership. Just sorry as xxxx associates! The worse part of the experience is after the sale is complete to see some scratches on your new vehicle, but you making you let your sales person know that they are there and kind of pointed the finger towards the customer. Remember it was late night and someone took the vehicle to the back to clean. That's not here or there. But the process to get them fixed was horrible. This I have is deep and cannot be buffed out unless I want the whole driver side painted. Thinks not. No other resolution or anything. Now it comes to hey I haven't received my license plate. The fact that no one can return phone calls or correspondence is troublesome. For Brian to be the sales manager and Ashley to work titles. It's kind of funny that no one will return phone calls. So I guess my next step is to come to the dealership and speak with the owner. Response from the owner 2 weeks ago We apologize that you have not heard back from anyone at the dealership. Dealership is very nice. Good location. Well maintained. Nice people all around. William Caldwell was excellent to work with. Highly recommend anybody looking at a new GMC to seek him out.
