Quality vehicles to choose from!

One thing I appreciate about Auto Hub dealership is that they have plenty of quality vehicles to choose from. Sales person was utterly transparent in the process of buying my Chrysler among their many used cars. Honest dealership and helpful stuffs, I recommend them.

Horrible sales people and Frauds

Please, Please buyers beware of these guys. They are frauds and dont care about nothing but making a sale. I bought a truck from this dealer and they tacked on a $3999 additional fee claiming its a vehicle touch up fee. Also beware of these guys trying to get you to finance through them. I repeat do not finance your car through them. Come with your financing. Before the deal is done make sure you request for all parts of the cars (Carpet, spare keys etc) because they will not answer your calls afterwards and send you to voicemail. Horrible set of people working at this auto store, I will be reporting them to BBB. Dont understand how they are still in business.

never again!!!

Well, I guess Henry Ford's poor attitude is alive and well in central NJ! While the staff was nice, their business practices left me feeling bamboozled and railroaded - while I 'did' sign for a vehicle, I felt business took precedence over my wishes and my ability to pay. They talked me into taking the 'new' (well, used) vehicle home that day, but I had to leave my original vehicle there, since I had no one to drive it back for me. 'They' promised to deliver it to me... and I'm still waiting!!! May return the new purchase just to get my old car back!!!

Very nice car dealership!

Great place👍 Love my sales person. We had a great laughs while test drive. My car was in perfect condition, like new... really love it! Thank you!

I just wanted to have a follow up review. Apprently there was no such a policy not to test drive the car. They had alot of people testing cars without buying. I really appreciate the manager Mike called me back and appolagized personnaly about the miscommunications. Thanks again.

DECEIVING

STAY AWAY! Scheduled a test drive 1 week ahead and they even called to confirm the appointment the evening before. I get there and they tell me the car was sold, and tried to push other cars on me. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Awful

This place was terrible. They want you to finance through them so they can add in a bunch of extra fees. I could easily get my own financing at a much cheaper rate, but they became very rude, pushy, and condescending when I didn't except their rates. Very shady business going on here. I left and will never return, even though I liked the vehicle.
