We came from Maryland and were skeptical of doing such a long distance deal. I am glad we made the drive. The truck was beautiful. Detailed and ready to roll. I sweat it felt like 30 min between our arrival and us leaving with the truck. The test drive was flawless. The negotiations were quick but super fair and the financing experience was awesome. No xx pressure, no gimmicks or cheesy tactics. The showroom is incredible. Their inventory is like a movie set. We found our new dealer and next time will have them ship our next car and avoid the traffic. Thank you to Gene and his team for this exeperience. We love our Escalade!!!

John, we have nearly 400 cars in stock with several offsite holding lots. Since your appointment came last minute, we did not have the time to get the car over prior to your arrival. You however, would not give us the 15 min to bring it over. Good luck in your search!

My experience with this dealership has been nothing short
My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare, highlighting a culture of deceit and a stark lack of accountability. My salesperson, Willy, epitomized the dealership's corrupt ethos. He was evasive from the start, routinely deflecting my questions to the finance department without ever providing any direct answers. After purchasing my car, I discovered that the HUD was malfunctioning. Willy's response was merely to direct me to Manufacture dealership because it was under warranty, showing no intention of assisting further. Even more frustrating was the issue of the missing second key. Willy ambiguously mentioned, "if we have it, we will send it with the license plate." No key ever arrived, leaving me with empty promises and no direct answers. Post-sale, Willy became utterly unreachable. I made 13 attempts to contact him about items that were owed to me as per the 'we owe' form, only to be met with rudeness and neglect. My calls to the manager were equally fruitless, never receiving a callback despite multiple voicemails. Ultimately, I decided to purchase the missing items myself from the manufacturer due to the dealership's failure to fulfill their promises. This dealership, with Willy as their frontman, operates on manipulation and evasion. They will say anything to make a sale and then vanish when held to account. I urge potential customers to steer clear of this establishment unless you are willing to be another victim of their unethical practices.

Good Evening. I have just ready your review and would like to get to the root of this problem as I have contradicting synopsis of this ordeal from you and the salesman. The issue that arose with the HUD on the car would be covered under the full factory warranty from the manufacturer. As we are no longer the owners of the vehicle, we would be unable to get the car serviced on your behalf. Thus you were instructed to visit any local dealer to address the issue. As per the second key, we always have the clients sign a form, which you signed, that states we will make our best efforts to provide a second key, however, in no way would guarantee you one (just as you mentioned in your review the statement of "if we have it, we will send it to you". Lastly, we have a direct helpline via email at help@uam35.com that all of our phone agents give out to any customer that has any issues of any kind. We have not gotten a single email from you. While I do apologize for any inconvenience you have encountered due to miscommunication with the salesman, it would be a stretch to call this unethical. Just because things were not done exactly how you wanted them, doesn't mean we don't strive to do the right thing with our customers. As far as the "we owe" form is concerned, all of your items are here and waiting to be shipped. Lastly, Willy showed your text messages to me and the way you spoke to him, I would have not taken as calmly as he has. I would like to speak with you in further detail, and you can reach me anytime at gene@uam35.com. Sincerely, Gene K, GM.
On point.
On point. To the point. Without any typical car buying shenanigans. Got me the right rate. The car is flawless. The customer service was top notch. I could not have asked for a better experience.

In December 2023, I purchased 2023 range rover which the rear glass driver side was broken and sphere key was not available at the time. Both items were promised be sent to me. This is August, 2024 both items have not be send. Several calls were made to Vlad the sale rep and manager, without any positive results. Vlad lie so much. Promised to call back, never call.

Hello Sheedgreen. We always stand behind anything owed or promised. I am surprised that it took you 8 months to contact us via a review and not reach out to the staff. Regardless of that fact, if something is owed to a client it would always be notated on the "we owe" form. Please email us the form to help@uam35.com so that we can review and address the matter. Vlad is one of our top salesman, so while it is unlikely he dropped the ball, I sincerely look forward to reviewing this matter and providing you anything that is owed. Sincerely, Gene K, GM.
If there is anything owed to you that has not been fulfilled, it will always be completed. Please forward your “we owe” form to help@uam35.com so that it can be reviewed and resolved. Thank you.
Another lie. I called for months with no positive result. The day decided to do the review, I called and requested to speak with Vlad or the Manager. I was told Vlad is with another customer and the manager is not at work. I promised someone will give me a call the next day. Nobody have called me up till today. I have the WE OWE slip that was given to me. Court might be the next move
I would rate this Dealer as less than 1 star if there
I would rate this Dealer as less than 1 star if there were such a rating. Their advertised prices are false and misleading, clearly designed to suck in the consumer. Expect to be hit with a $3500 to $4500 "Unique Certification Bundle" which is misleading in itself. In the days of certified used cars this wording is designed to dupe the consumer into thinking that they are getting a "certified used car", you are not. This is little more that a charge for over blown dealer prep that they will not back down on. This, in turn, increases the price of every car that they sell by a significant margin. The true cost of any car from Unique Auto Mall is the advertised price plus the completely bogus "Unique Certification Bundle". In addition they attempted to charge another additional fee of $895.00 for a LoJack tracking device that was already installed on the car by the original dealer. Another total scam. The words that I would use to describe Unique Auto Mall? Unethical, misleading, calculating, sleazy, jut to name a few. Buyer beware.

Rick Oswald, Thank you for our feedback. Our certifications are by no means mandatory. It is up to the buyer whether they wish to purchase the vehicle of their choice as a certified unit, or not. The buyer has the ability to control the entire deal and bottom dollar price. However, when we are presented with a lowball offer that we cannot accept, we typically see it turn into a negative review. Not always, but often enough. Regarding the Lojack system on all of our cars...We install those via LoJack and would have no access to use and/or sell that tracking program should another dealer have installed it prior to us acquiring the vehicle. You can even call Lojack themselves, give them the Vin and get that same confirmation. While we cannot please everyone, we strive to be as transparent as possible and give all our clients the ability to build out the package they wish to purchase, if any. The only thing we cannot do, is sell inventory below our cost, under our advertised pricing in order to avoid negative reviews. Should you wish to re-work the deal and present a reasonable offer, I will work with you directly to earn your business. Regardless of it all, thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business. Sincerely, Gene K, GM.
RUN, avoid, dont waste your time you ever been
RUN, avoid, dont waste your time you ever been surprised by an extra $7,000.00 in fees? $4,000.00 "certification fee", $1,000.00 transportation fee, $900.00 in paperwork fees? what certification? theres no warranty, theres no cleanliness to the car, etc what transportation fee? im looking at the car? the paperwork fees? what? Shocking AWFUL experience We came in to look at a bmw x7 yesterday, which after finding out how few options it had, and its numerous issues (tailgate misalignment, rear view camera issues, etc), they had the gall to tack on the equivalent of 8.55% of ADDITIONAL FEES. even if you remove them, you end up, with a car thats still overpriced.

Marcin Szklzewski, thank you for your feedback. Since there are two sides to every store here is ours. You as the buyer to have the vehicle certified for an extended warranty. You are not required to do so. Documentation and dmv charges are broken down are are no $900. There is a balance of warranty of the vehicle form BMW. Options on this vehicle and every in stock are listed in advance on our website, to ensure you come exactly for what you want. The rainy weather prevented the car from being clean as it kept raining this whole week. We sincerely apologize that the vehicle was not optioned to your satisfaction, but we do hope you find exactly what you are looking for in the future. Nothing but the absolute best for you. If I may add one thing, don't over exaggerate things in the future to blow them out of proportion just to leave a nasty review. Good luck!
Thank you for further confirming my explanation. The only fees that could never be removed are documentation and dmv fees. All other add-ons and optional packages are always just that, optional. have a great day!
Fees that can not be removed (such as your mandatory application of fees, lo-jac installation, or certification fees ) are direct violations of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. Specifically in advertising the price. for the record, stating the following All advertised prices exclude government fees and taxes, any finance charges, any dealer document preparation charge, and any emission testing charge. The price for listed vehicles does not include charges such as: License, Title, Registration Fees, State or Local Taxes, Smog Fees, Credit Investigation, Dealer Vehicle Certification, vehicle modifications, optional equipment, Optional Credit Insurance, Optional Maintenance Packages, Physical Damage of Liability Insurance, or Delivery Fees. Does not absolve you In fact, theres been more than few examples of this recently https://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/News/Pages/12152022.aspx
By the way, the objective answer will be with Middlesex County Consumer Affairs, where a complaints already been filed I encourage anyone else who's had a similar experience do the same. Thank you.
Absolutely. Thank you as well.
