Beware of any Audi EV (electric vehicle). We purchased a 2022 Audi Q4 etron from this dealership in Sept 2022, and had worked with Ramone. He is an excellent salesman. The vehicle is an electric vehicle and is supposed to get about 240 miles per full charge. Not once in almost a year have we ever got even near 175 miles from one full charge. In fact, we cannot even get 150 miles on one full charge. We have had the vehicle in for service at various Audi dealerships (this one included) more than 5 times and yet no one will admit that the car is not what Audi portrays it to be, We have expressed our dissatisfaction with this vehicle and have been told that the dealership will help us to get out from under the car and into a different car. Then comes negotiations and they have consistently offered us almost $20,000 less than what we paid for this car even though the car is in impeccable condition with low miles. Disappointed, disgusted, frustrated, feeling screwed over, and taken for fools we are at the point we have decided to leave the dealership and the Audi brand.

Just a horrible experience all around.
Just a horrible experience all around. They had me waiting over 7 weeks for the car title to come in, all while holding my $1000 deposit. When I got tired of waiting and asked for my deposit back they insulted me for going with another car. Now, two weeks later I am still waiting for my deposit and I found out today they never processed it. I would think twice before doing business with Spiro and Audi Nyack

Great experience buying Q5 and A4.
Great experience buying Q5 and A4. Ramon Rojas gave us the best deal on both cars! He even stayed after the dealership closed to answer our questions. No regrets switching from Mercedes where were about to get a car.

Bad management
They charged me $965.00 for a 40 thousand mile checkup. I told them not to do it via a text and spoke to someone in service. When My credit card receipt was emailed to me that same day I called them immediately and told them. Person talked to manager and manger said there would be a credit to my account. That was Thursday. On Friday I called again and manager said he was so busy but he would do it immediately. Now Sunday and no credit. I will go up on Tuesday if no credit is on my account by then

Wow! What an unbelievable experience. Rob Cece and the entire team at Audi Nyack were beyond helpful, friendly, and professional. I've been to many dealerships in many states over the years, and never in my life have I had an experience buying a car that I could actually call pleasant. You won't find any BS hidden fees and charges at Audi Nyack, they were transparent and honest with me about each detail every step of the way. Besides the fact that every other dealership in town is charging OVER msrp, yet they were able to work with me for an incredibly fair price. Rob in sales was incredible, knowledgeable, patient and kind, and it shows that he really cares about the customers and wants them to be in something that they love. I was not an easy customer, being all over the place unsure what I wanted, yet Rob patiently worked with me and got me into something beyond my wildest dreams. There's a very good reason that he receives multiple awards for top Salesman from Audi year after year. His passion for helping people and understanding their needs truly shows. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how excellent the rest of the team is as well. From the floor managers Furkan and Minas (hope I spelled those right), to Anthony in finance, and all the other sales people, they were all so friendly and helpful and just made buying a car there such a joy. If you're in the market for a new or used Audi, without a doubt Audi Nyack needs to be your first and last stop!

Ramon (Sales), Anthony (Finance), Melissa (Service Coordination), Brittany and Cory (Service), Chris (Parts), and Joel and Phil (valet drivers); each and all were competent, helpful, thorough, punctual, and humane. Excellent people, communication, deal, workflow, and delivery. Everyone at Audi Nyack followed through for me; they did what they promised, in full and on time. Also they listened to me, gave good advice, and consistently treated me like a human being. In the car sales business, that is truly the best you can ask for, and far better than most.

Started off good then went downhill. Was in the market for a Certified S5 Sportback or a new one depending. Started off with Andrew who no longer works there unfortunately who was a sweetheart patient and very helpful, even came in for a test drive to be honest I didn't get a good vibe from the rest of the employees but I shrugged it off. Andrew sat with me and we were going over options and I told him I would be ready in a couple of weeks I was paying off some bills. When I was ready Jason Juarez contacts me and says Andrew no longer works there. Also a Hallie Tuysuzian contacts me and says she works with him, okay I tell him what I want, I am dealing with True Car for some discounts I tell him exactly what I want 2021 Audi Sq5 Premium Plus with the black optics package and I have a trade. Oh you know that can get pricey????? Who says that to a customer? He sends me the info for a regular SQ5. I informed him that is not what I asked for and also I need to move on this because I am also working with Acura on a 2022 MDX, I have a 2020 RDX. Okay send me your VIn# for the trade so I I sent a copy of the window sticker to Hallie twice. I hear nothing from either one of them from 4/13 until Jason contacts me with a quote on the trade on 4/19 that is 6 days, not a text, email, phone call. I had already moved on to Acura and was picking up the vehicle the next day. This was the height of unprofessionalism, he is also very dismissive in my opinion. I only came here because True Car sends me to this dealership and I have been to this service center before with a Q5 that I had previously and they were wonderful. I don't know why Andrew is not there anymore but he was just wonderful, he kept in touch with me and he was very kind. Needless to say I will be going back to Jack Daniels in the future. I have been buying and leasing cars since the 80's, this goes down as one of the worst.

This dealer has a split personality. The sales side is awesome and painless. The service dept flat out sucks. Had to take my car to get a few aftermarket items installed. Vehicle was absolutely filthy when I picked it up. Asked the valet why it wasn’t clean so I can inspect the PPF and ceramic. His response? “It was snowing yesterday” Well it wasn’t snowing when I picked it up. In fact, it was sunny. Car was not charged after I asked the girl on the phone to make sure it was as I was going straight to the airport. Because the car was not charged, and the SA had no idea where a rapid charger was located, I had to stop off at a charging station to get the range needed to get to the airport and home. Needless to say, I had to rebook the flight as it was just too close to risk trying to make it. These guys are terrible and incompetent with the attitudes to match.
