Shopping for a used car is usually a scary thing but Vance delivered what he promised! I purchased a 2010 Honda Civic and before I picked it up, he went thru the car and repaired or replaced all the items that were faulty and personally drove the car about 30 miles before delivery. I highly recommend and will definitely purchase here again.

Straight forward and honest. No big fancy shop, but you are buying a car from someone you can trust. This was my first time dealing with Vance and I really felt like I had known him for years. He went through the car and fixed several things that needed repair before he completed the sale. He not only sells the car but he also repairs them, so he knows what he is sending out the door. Recently my son and I were looking for a replacement car for him. We happened on to Hagan Automotive. Vance impressed me as very honest and up front. I find doing business with a person as opposed to just purchasing a car is much more rewarding. We decided on a Toyota Camry but asked to have the car checked by our mechanic. Vance was more than happy to have someone else to go over the car. After the inspection my mechanic felt the car was in very good condition and very fairly priced. We purchased the car and will be doing business with Vance in the future.

I bought a wonderful little car here and would recommend it to anyone the gent is honest and very polite and sincere the cars are all very well taken care of before you even get it to take home I have no complaints about the service or anything else

My granddaughter was looking to buy her first car and since it would be a used car, I was very cautious. I personally have had mixed experiences buying used cars. She looked online and found a Hyundai Tucson at Hagen Automotive. Vance met us and told us he goes over all his cars thoroughly. Well we took it for a ride, loved it and bought it. A few weeks down the road we discovered it had a gas leak. Vance drove up to Rochester and took it back to his shop and bought a new fuel tank for it! It was out of warranty but Vance covered the bill which was not cheap. I will send anyone I know looking for a car to Vance, he is a man of his word. Thanks Vance!

Was very pleased with the service and attention to detail Vance gave us during our car purchase. He was always up front and honestest with issues we raised.
