I have been to Peach State Ford Cedartown for service on my 2016 Escape previously. Terry and TJ in Service have always been polite and knowledgeable in explaining the issue. This last visit was to buy a new vehicle after my 2016 was totaled. Once I found my new Escape with the help of Chaz Bowles, everything was expedited to complete the process. Including arrangements to get my rental returned so I could drive away in my 2024 Escape. Every one I met during the completion of the financing and purchase was courteous and knowledgeable-going beyond my expectations to help me with the details to be able to drive away in my own car.

Well, Peach state did good on a back up camera recall.

Well, Peach state did good on a back up camera recall. BUT.....I have a 2023 Explorer Platinum. I took it in the week before Christmas to show Terry the driver seat. The driver seat is turning colors and the black seat filling is coming out. He took pictures and said he was sending them to Ford. This went back and forth until Jan. 9. Terry said he spoke to Ford and they said it's not a defect in the material that they had a "special cleaner" for it. I went to pick it up and what do you know, it didn't work because there is NOTHING ON THE SEAT TO CELAN AND COME OFF.....I text Terry back on Jan. 13 and told him that it didn't work. Terry did nothing from Jan. 9 to Jan 30. I did have to go pick up a part my husband ordered between Jan. 30 and Feb. 7 and he took my car to the detail guy so he could "clean" the seat. He told me I had a bad strut. The detail guy made the seat worse. It looks now like a bruised person and you stick to the seat. I finally ended up talking to him on Feb 7 and he wanted pictures of the outside and the VIN number which I sent to him within 20 minutes, I asked about the strut and he said they were on back order. Feb. 14, never heard from him so I text him and he didn't reply. Feb. 17, I text him again. he finally answered android Ford said replacing the seat cover isn't covered under warranty. I told him it was unacceptable. He said I need to call Ford. I called ford and opened a negative review case with them to see if they will do anything about my seat. I text Terry and told him to be sure to tell his detail guy that I appreciated him making my seat worse and them telling me I am now on my own to deal with it. This is totally unacceptable from Peach State and Ford. Oh, Terry told me he would get me a price on a new seat cover and try to help me with the cost. No! My car has 16,000 miles, I am the only driver and I know this seat is not from clothing. I am not happy with this and I am figuring out my next step. Thanks for nothing Peach State Ford, Terry Toweled and Ford. I will not buy another ford. Maybe I'll contact BBB....

The sales managers seemed genuinely interested in getting me the best APR for my semi decent credit. Thanks Peach State Ford Of Cerdartown GA.
