Wow I must say very strongly stay away unbelievable. The people showing the car in some random parking lot are so rude. I was showing my girlfriend things I had concerns about and was told to go buy a new car if I don't like it. I then asked can I take it for a test drive and they lady said no no and got in the car and the man jumped in the driver seat and took off. I kid you not they were doing 60mph in this parking lot hit a dip in the road and the back tires all most came off the ground. Very sketchy people buy at your own risk...

I called this dealership to make an appointment to look at a car. When the person on the phone picked up the phone, I was greeted by an employee who was extremely rude and hung up mid conversation while trying to make an appointment to look at a car. Stay far away and look somewhere else for a new car.

Their cheap prices caught my eye so I decided to give them a call about a few cars I'm interested in. Some guy answered the phone HELLO?!? very rudely and acted irritated. I asked one question and he said HOLD ON and put the phone down. A couple minutes later he hung up. Such a shame. They missed out on getting my money but luckily for me I'll take my business elsewhere.

Fraud, fraud, fraud stay away from this dealer reason that they sell cars so cheap is because something is wrong with car. In my case, bad transmission.

If I could rate them a negative zero, yes because 1. Zero customer service 2. Zero bad owner 3. Zero rudeness 4. Many to mention!!! Do not try to look at this car lot, you are just going to waste your time here. Go to a decent one.

Drove low mileage car that had a broken transmission. The car bucked and sputtered and the sales person got mad at me for wasting his time because I wouldn't buy it. The same car is still advertised for sale weeks later so I think they really think people will buy broken cars.

I'm only rating this 1 star because it's impossible to give them a negative rating. I don't think this place cares about doing business. I went to check out an advertised car. When I arrived there wasn't anyone in site, I walked around back and found an open lot with more cars I went to look for someone there to talk to and no one was around. As I was walking out an old asian man drives in almost running me over and angrily started cursing me out. I asked him, don't you guys sell cars, he doesn't speak or understand english very well. He mumbled jiberish then said no, and motioned me to get out. I asked again, I want to buy a car listed don't you want to sell cars. This irritaed him more for some reason and started screaming. I was shocked but at the same time started laughing because this man was so ridiculous. He stood in front of the lot telling me to leave, wow! Don't get tempted by their prices, stay far away! Or go if you want to have a laugh.

I was looking to buy a new car as mine got totaled. We found a 2012 Toyota with 87k miles for $6k which sounded like a great deal. We confirmed via email that the car was still available and checked their hours to confirm they’d be open on saturday. When we arrived the gates were closed and locked so we called and got no answer. After a third try calling someone finally answered, very rudely, and told us to bring cash and then hung up and refused to answer our call again! How am I supposed to tell you I’m here to buy the car if you won’t even answer my phone call? Worst service I’ve ever seen and horrendous business model if you treat your customers like crap. We didn’t even get to see the car but from the other reviews I’ve seen it looks like it would have been a piece of crap anyways.

We went to the dealership on a Saturday and called ahead to make sure the car we were interested in was still there and to make sure they were open. The salesman told us they were open until 5 pm. We told him we were driving about 2 hours to get there and that we would be there at 4:30. He said he'd be there. We got there at 4:30 and the business was closed. We called the guy and he said he left because he needed to go somewhere. We again explained that we drove 2 hours to get there but he didn't care. We made the mistake of going down there again the next day because the price of the car was really good. When we got there no one greeted us and the salesman just stood across the lot from us glaring at us. We had to ask him to see the car, a blue 2010 Toyota Prius. He got the keys, went to start the car and it was dead. He walked away and got a battery charger to jump start it. When we asked why the battery was dead he replied "I don't know, I'm not a mechanic". He sat in the drivers seat for several minutes picking dead skin off his hands and didn't even offer to let us get in. I opened up the passengers door and the strongest, most disgusting and distinctive smell hit me. I'm almost positive that someone died in that car and sat there for a few days. I felt sick sick for probably 30 min afterwards from the smell. I looked at my husband and was like, lets go now! He didn't even care that his customers were walking away. Horrible experience!
