See Sadcustomerhappynurse prior review... it has since been found since my last review/review update, thanks to LaVista VW (who I've appreciated tremendously for their excellent customer service!!!), that Dodge St location failed to perform a PDI after my suspension was replaced, on my 2020 VW Jetta, this past year (that was supposedly caused from a pot hole that I STILL highly debate... as I never recall hitting anything, but regardless...) and bc they did not perform their necessary inspection a negligent error occurred and the suspension blocks were not removed during the PDI and now my struct mounts are damaged (car had been making a rattling sound). My car has been deemed unsafe to drive, and I will be getting a loaner car for the summer while we await back ordered parts. So I stand by my original review... Dodge St VW in Omaha has been an absolutely horrific experience. I'm thankful for the people at the LaVista location. I have NEVER taken my car back to Dodge St, nor will I. Negligent, rude, unprofessional. Last time they complained that I needed to update my review, after they tried to smooth things over... this review will be my last review. And I won't be updating it. I stand by what I said. Juan gave terrible service... left a terrible taste in my mouth. And I will avoid Dodge St VW at all cost. Hopefully LaVista location can keep saving VW reputation overall... They've been phenomenal!! All of them.

Juan does a terrific job helping me every time I have to go to Baxter Volkswagen. The dealer is very clean and has great amenities. Juan keep you informed and try his best to make sure you are satisfied.
