I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews but my experience yesterday warranted a few minutes of gratitude. I would recommend this dealership to any and everyone. Managing partner, Jay Ganzi, truly understands the value of your hard earned money and provides luxury, high class service to every person walking through the door, regardless of your budget. The effort and level of accommodation his entire team showed me was unprecedented. Most notably, my sales associate Daniel Allred, who made each step simple to understand and bent over backwards to ensure I was comfortable the entire process. I have found my lifelong “car partners” and I guarantee you’ll find the same with this amazing team. What an awesome experience!

The dealership and how its run is garage, I bought a Jeep and had to wait 3 days for delivery, once delivered I went in to pick up my jeep and it took them a hour to figure out who I was and still didnt care, tossed me the keys and walked off! Then the jeep wast even the spec I ordered, then my BRAND NEW 100 MILE JEEP broke down over and over and the dealership over 5 times told me nothing was wrong and wouldn't do anything! I even talked to the owner from the billboards and he brushed me off, he was "to busy". I have to call Chrysler and go to another dealership! The people are great in service and nice, and the sells guys are too but they can do anything more then talk to you because the business model there is to turn them and burn them.

I have emailed you, But the point of this review isn't to bring down your dealership, its to inform people coming into your dealership, what to watch out for and help them not end up with a purchase they regret mainly on the bad experience they had and not the car. Honestly I could have wrote 3 times as much but I didn't because I didn't think anyone would read this or care. Change things for lee country and make the purchase about the customer and not the sale, sure you would not net as much but at least you will be adding good back into the community, if people know about it or not. Took in for oil change and radio service and recall plus...
Took in for oil change and radio service and recall plus tire check. Tires was not checked tires had 29 psi in 3 of them and 24 in another. And we had to call and check on the truck Friday and Saturday because I guess no one I n service knows how to call anyone.

I can’t say enough about Jay Ganzi and his team at Cape Coral Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram. This is my family’s third car from Jay and he out does himself each time ! He put together an incredible deal to get me into a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. None of the local dealerships could even come close to it ! All of this was done from my office and the car was waiting in my driveway when I arrived home. If you are in the market for a car give Jay a shot he will make it happen.
