We ordered a new truck the end of January, 2022. We picked it up mid-April. The entire process was easy and free of stress. Our initial salesman was very informative and helpful with putting our order in. Although he was no longer at the dealership when our truck came in, the sales professional, Steven Herrera, who handled the final part of the process was wonderful to work with. We were treated very well by Steven, the Sales Manager, Paul Wolfson, and the Finance Manager, Cory Doty. All of these very nice and professional gentlemen made the buying process very pleasant. We chose not to purchase any of the extended warranty or maintenance plans, and even though the sales pitch was made, like they are supposed to do, we never felt pressured to buy them. And we didn't feel any resentment because we chose not to buy. They were all very professional, respectful, and great to work with. I highly recommend this dealership for RAM Trucks.

Great service mgr. Doug and his staff went the Xtra mile to get our car AC fixed. We we had to leave the state in 3 days. Doug was very understanding and managed to diagnose the problem and make the repairs in 2 days. His personality is perfect for the position he is in.
