The sales part of my experience was excellent.

The sales part of my experience was excellent. The service department could use some work. I waited outside “by my vehicle” for over 10 minutes while watching the service managers doing things that were clearly not work related. I finally went inside and spoke to a service manager who was on his computer. I had an appointment at 10:00 am for a recall but didn’t get out of there until almost 10:30. The customers who are waiting outside should be waited on first. Oh and when I called to set up the appointment, I couldn’t get a human on the phone until I had called the service manager who I had a business card for.

Our tech Rasiel did a great job of getting our problem

Our tech Rasiel did a great job of getting our problem corrected. Communication with the service dept. is still a challenge. I called to check on my vehicles status and the woman that answered was not pleasant and then after being put on hold for several minutes, with no hold music, I was disconnected. No one called me back. It would be nice if you could have a progress app similar to when you order a pizza, giving you an update through the process, waiting, in shop, testing, ready?
