Took it in for one specific reason and they wanted to
Took it in for one specific reason and they wanted to overhaul the whole truck,just do what I asked you to do. I know it was a big job and if you didn't want to do it just say so. They wanted to fix things I already had done. If it wasn't for Michael doing his job professionally and to my satisfaction I wouldn't have given you a 2 star rating

The service department overpromises on the time it will
The service department overpromises on the time it will take to service my vehicle almost every time I come. On top of the long wait times I’ve had multiple visits where I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes after my vehicle is completed and pulled around front before anyone brings me my invoice so that I can pay. This past time after waiting 30 minutes I finally had to go ask someone if they could get my invoice so I could leave. After I paid my invoice I had to go ask around for my keys.
