I was promised that they gonna take care of anything that
I was promised that they gonna take care of anything that will happen to the car through the warranty and when I came back it seems like no one wants to help and my salesman doesn’t even answer the phone or responding to my messages . All I wanted just small things to be fixed through the extended warranty that I paid for

Reach out online and they responded favorly. I was able to negoiate most of the purchase online and the rest was negoiated at the dealer's site. My salesman did a great job mediated the purcahse. Unlike whn you walk away from other dealerships, I am pleased with the overall experience and the followup I had even after the deal was done.

We had a pleasant experience last Friday.
We had a pleasant experience last Friday. My wife and I decided to check out a used Highlander she found on the internet site for Auto Nation. We took the car for a test ride and were impressed with how good the car was. I pointed out two minor issues and Donald our salesman brought the concern to the sales manager. The manager guaranteed that it would be fixed. We got a very fare trade in for our vehicle and made the purchase. We are very happy with our vehicle and the purchase experience.
