I recently purchased my car from Collins Nissan in St Catharines. I felt very welcome upon my arrival and throughout the whole process from start to finish. It's nice going to a dealership and having this pleasant experience. At Collins Nissan I felt like a person and not a sale. They were very informative and not pushy ( I had this happen at OTHER car dealership places and left because of it ) Nelson was very knowledge about the vehicle I was purchasing, and assured me this car would fit my needs for work and regular use, I asked him many, many questions and he didn't hesitate to answer ALL of my questions quickly and efficiently .Derek was very informative about the paper work process and answered every question I had or offered to help where needed with the paper work. They were very conscience of my budget and found me a vehicle under my budget, being a working mom of 3, that was very important to me to stay within the price I had in mind, knowing that they were listening to me about that is wonderful and shows that they care and will go the extra step to ensure that happens. my overall experience was 100% amazing and wasn't stressful at all ( because we all know how stressful this can be ) at Collins Nissan they make buying a vehicle easy and stress free

My experience was great with Jesse and Kelly. I was just looking at the Juke as an option for a new vehicle and really enjoyed the test drive. The challenge was figuring out all the features and which one suited my needs and wants. Jesse came through and got the colour I wanted. Financing with Kelly was easy and she made the experience a breeze. Everyone there was nice and courteous.

I originally went to multiple dealerships looking for a deal on a new vehicle as I found out my fiancee was pregnant. Out of the 7 dealerships I went to, Collins Nissan was the only one to approach me and let me know that I can ask them if I had any questions. After looking through the vehicles, I decided on a Versa Note. Was guided through the process by the extremely helpful Nelson and Kelly who made the whole process very easy. About a month after that purchase, someone ran a stop sign and t-boned my vehicle causing it to be a write-off, although both my fiancee and I were not harmed. Kelly and Nelson both helped me through the process on what needed to be taken care of in order for me to get my new vehicle as soon as possible. Because of their helpfulness, I was able to walk in and drive out as soon as I received my insurance settlement. I was able to even get a Sentra SV with the package installed for a lower monthly payment than the Note. I would definitely recommend this dealership and major recommendation to deal with Nelson and Kelly.

Great experience purchasing our Nissan Sentra. Jordan looked after us very well, got the car we wanted, the colour we wanted and the features we wanted. Have had the car for two months now, and it drives excellent and gets great gas mileage.

Jordan was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable and very patient. I appreciated his up front approach and I think he really was concerned about us being happy rather than just making a sale.

Kevin Zdelar was terrific. He is very knowledgeable and was helpful without being pushy or aggressive. He listens well to make sure he understands your needs and then works with you.

I have been looking for an SUV for a few months and when I saw and test drove the Murano, it was an easy decision in favour of the Murano. This vehicle is unbelievably comfortable, quiet and a really smooth ride. It is also a really sharp looking vehicle and gets plenty of admiring glances. Being a music lovers, the Bose system is a highlight for me. Compared to the competition such as Toyota and Honda this vehicle is way ahead. My main sales reps were Jordan and Nelson, with some help from Rene and I enjoyed dealing with all of them. They were all very helpful. I would recommend this dealership and vehicle to anyone.

Nelson got my wife and I into a 2016 Rogue and we couldn't be happier! Nelson was very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to! He made our buying experience excellent and will definitely visit Collins Nissan again in the future!
