Everyone at Shifferly Automotive was incredibly friendly. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door. I told them I saw their Subaru Crosstrek on cars.com. He offered me a test drive, and handed me the keys. The car was in awesome shape, and the price was right in my budget. I think I met the whole Shifferly family while I was there. They made it such a pleasant experience.

They were very knowledgeable about the RAM pickup I was looking at. I never felt rushed or pressured. They were able to answer all my questions and as a plus to me, they are also Jeep guys.

Best car buying experience I've ever had!
After working with both dodge dealers in fort wayne for 2+ months to find us a town & country and have no luck (getting the run around, being treated like just one of a thousand customers) we decided to look elsewhere and Im so glad we did! Shifferly had exactly what we were looking for! There were a couple issues with the van that they repaired. They checked the brakes, hoses, oil change, balanced and rotated tires, and even replaced the keys! Matt was incredible to work with. I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Shifferly!
