I was very disappointed in the fact that the app said this location offers free carwash with a service appointment and when I got there they said they were "staffed" to do a car wash? I personally always get car washes when i have gotten services done at other dealerships so I thought that was inconvenient and odd. I chose this location as it was close to my job and its my first service done to my Chevy Traverse. I'll go to a different Chevy dealership next time I guess. They had waters and sodas which was nice.

When my problem happened, they were quick to schedule a service appointment and making sure I understood the possible timeline for diagnosis and repair. Kept me plugged in and circled back with me quickly when I had a question.

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation,had a 730 am apt.dropped keys off and was told to wait in room and enjoy donuts and coffee.two and a half hours later John came to me and said its taking a while you are on the rack.30 minutes later he brought me my keys and apologized and comped the tire rotation
