Percy was great from start to finish. He made sure I had the right deal to fit my budget and once we had an agreement he made sure the car was clean , ready for pick up, and my paperwork was expedited through finance quickly. Very disappointed. We came into your dealership on 5/10/25 . Found a vehicle that we were very interested in ended up purchasing it or hoping to purchase it. Waiting for finance after a while I think the gentleman‘s name was Mike Cummings that came and said he was so sorry there was a problem with the car that we wanted to buy it had a recall and he couldn’t sell it. He said he had another one that we were. He was pulling up and it was very similar and he would give us a great deal we went out we looked at it loved it. We were gonna buy it. Another gentleman came out and said you can’t buy that car. I just sold it so again upset but he said don’t worry I’m gonna take care of you so we started looking around for something else he said he was gonna give us a great day. We’re looking around. We found a couple that we were interested in then we find out that the gentleman that we were dealing with that was gonna give us a great deal had left. He did not come over and say hey guys I’m sorry I gotta leave. I know it’s late. We’re about ready to close but if we can’t work this out tonight come back on Monday and I’ll take care of you. Nope we didn’t get that. He just left. Gave us to another salesman. The salesman didn’t know what was going on ended up coming back with a terrible deal. Nothing close to what we were looking at before so we left. Hoping to possibly get a phone call on Monday telling us that he was sorry and he wanted to continue and try to help us out but we got nothing so we’re very disappointed.
