Bought in vehicle in May of 2024 was having issues out

Bought in vehicle in May of 2024 was having issues out the gate with the vehicle. Took my vehicle back to these guys several times they say take it to the dealership and I was less than 30 days in. Now here I am 10 months later in need of a transmission because they wouldn’t acknowledge the problem from jump. Very crappy in my opinion. Totally disgusted and upset.

I bought a vehicle in Novemeber 2024 from this dealer.

I bought a vehicle in Novemeber 2024 from this dealer. "Will", the apparent Finance Manager refuses to give us status of the title til this day, 2/4/25.. He told us it would arrive to my HOME ADDRESS on 1/29. Called the NEXT DAY to follow up when it didn't arrive and each time he says he will check and call me back but never does. Last call, yesterday, 2/3/25 he now says it was mailed to DMV but will not give tracking of mail, info of which DMV it was sent to address or any other proof - I have called and physically went down to DMV, they have no record of it.   Will refuses to help with getting me my title and says its "not his problem". I will be seeking legal advice. They have 1.5 stars on Yelp, 2.5 stars on Car.com, 1.8 stars on FB you see the pattern here. But most importantly, an F rating from the BBB and not accredited as per the official site- Also spoke to a BBB rep that said they refuse to rectify complaints, you can also see this on the site. Completely unprofessional and would give negative stars if I could.   BUYER BEWARE.

I had an excellent experience at Mitsubishi of Augusta. My car salesperson TeeTee is a very hardworking and very professional in all aspects of her work. I too want to lift the financial manger for is dedication and hard work. It only been a day and I'm getting compliments about my 2021 Mitsubishi. I will most definitely refer other people to them because of there hard work. I will most definitely come back to them to refinance.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst car buying experience EVER!! Been in my car for 4 months and NONE OF THE PAPERWORK is correct. Keep getting stopped by the police behind it. When you call them to speak with them pertaining to the problem, they say they will call you back and never do. Professionalism is NOT their strong suit. They will get you in a car. That’s all they are going to do. The ppl that do the paperwork is incompetent. One of the worst car buying experience I’ve EVER HAD!!!!

Bought a Hyundai Elantra at dealership, February 2023.

Bought a Hyundai Elantra at dealership, February 2023. Day after purchase had to take it back for windshield wiper replacement and auxiliary power supply issues (How well today check out this car before they sold it?) In time I've had starter and rotors. Current issues driver side headlight does not work, bubbles and paint on back Hood, and broken door hinge. Called dealership and was told "we value your business, bring it by". I work 3rd shift, had hour sleep and drove 30 minutes. After explaining my TEN year old other car more reliable, their solution "buy a new vehicle only a little more a month"(and brand new 5-6 yr Loan) WASTE OF A TRIP!!!
