Great

NA at this time. Please ask me in person. This is time consuming. The service is great. One staff was very nasty but he looked new. Other than him costumer service was great.

Service

I made appointment for 9 am and when I got there at 8:30 am there was a 2 1/2 hour wait? I do not appreciate waiting that long and practice of over booking so you wait. The people were very nice and professional. I was told I could use shuttle to take me somewhere but no one ever came to get me so I waited. I liked that they washed my car ... since I leave in Brandon I have no choice to use this service center.

Outstanding, prompt service.

Auto had to be towed to dealership due to dead battery. Towing and battery were covered under Warrenty and Road Side Assistance programs respectively. Service was outstanding and my down time was minimal. Very satisfied.

Very Happy!

Brandon Hyundai is really stepping up to the standard that customers expect. Extremely happy with the service. Only took around 30 minutes for an oil change and they provide refreshments while you wait. Very happy with my oil change and filter replacement. Jay was awesome!

Eugenia was great

The customer service I received at Brandon Hyundai Mitsubishi was outstanding. Eugenio made sure I got a ride to and from work while my vehicle was being serviced. The pricing was also very reasonable. I will be back.

Everyone pleasant and pays attention to details.

I like how everyone sees to your personal needs and helped me fit the right car for my lifestyle and budget. Heather did great in keeping communication going. Ed was easy to talk to and helped me logic out my situation. Great people. You need less cars on your lot though.

Best Ever

My 2010 Genesis was still under warranty by days so they fixed my leaking oil pan & the timing so all I owed was for my oil change & tire rotation!!!!

New Car

I had a great experience buying my car last Saturday. Afrim was very easy to work with and very nice. I was there for most of the day and they made sure I had lunch and drinks the whole time I was there. One of my better car buying experiences.
