to many hours spent just to have a oil changed , with an appointment 3 Hours and twenty minutes.I would suggest that when placing your appointment, they should tell you that you would have a long wait and that it would be better to come a different time or date

Great service, interaction with staff...Looooooooong wait
I got a pinch flat tire the other day, and I took advantage of the warranty plan and Roadside Assistance (RA) with my new 2020 Veloster Turbo. RA took about 20 minutes to get to me and another 14 minutes to change the simple flat... Superfast! Happy with that... while I was waiting for RA to come I made the appointment at the service dealer for 1:30pm... one hour from the current time... Perfect! I told them there was a simple flat with no rim damage. (HYCS40371) My invoice has a timestamp of 04:09pm on the bottom... I would have left, gone shopping, or had someone get me for a few hours. I did not find out until around 3pm that the tire was not in stock and one was coming. Which is fine but it would nice to know... other than waiting around, Kegan and Harold were very professional. If there would have been less time in the waiting room I would have given 5 stars.. thanks for the snacks and comfortable area.

GREAT Experience
I took my car in for an oil change and some recommended service. Harold De La Cruz was very polite and helpful. He explained the recommended services to be completed. When my car was done he explained the service completed and the charges so I understood what was done and what I was paying for. After I paid my bill he handed me the keys and escorted me to my car, shook my hand and wished a good day and a Merry Christmas. I have never had this kind of excellent service from any business I have dealt with.

Service Recovery
Harold was very good in my service recovery. The technician that repaired my vehicle forgot to reinstall my car filters after performing a service check. I had already returned home when I received a call from him and he informed me of the mistake.. So Harold offered for the technician to come to my home an installed them there. I appreciated this service recovery.

Maintenance check and oil change
Service was prompt. Staff was courteous.and seemed to be knowledgeable of their jobs. Courtesy carwash should include vacuuming interior. Overall experience wad good. Waiting area was comfortable.
