The dealership provides professionalism and great

The dealership provides professionalism and great retention by following up with their customers. Now that it’s renovated we have a lobby to set down in and sometimes there are complementary snacks with drinks (water / coffee)

Donnie was my advisor and his communication was

Donnie was my advisor and his communication was nonexistent. I was the one having to call and check on my vehicle. My car went in on Saturday and I told him I needed it back by Tuesday by 1pm at the latest. My car was not ready by that time and Donnie did not follow up and communicate the delay with me. When I called to find out why it wasn't ready I talked to Dave because Donnie was at lunch and when I asked why I wasn't given an update Dave snapped back at me telling me "I guess Donnie just shouldn't eat!" Worst customer service ever. Mario helped me 2 weeks prior and was wonderful, communicated multiple times during my service. Mario ended up helping fix this issue when I went to the dealership.

The sales manager and Gabriel salesman those the best

The sales manager and Gabriel salesman those the best people ever in the dealer. but the other salesman and who’s working there they not help the customer they given a bad service sloppy job

Staff friendly, however my car was returned in worse

Staff friendly, however my car was returned in worse running condition than I dropped it off in. And chief complaint/issue was “not duplicated”, but I found the same exact issue the next day after picking my car up. And everyday since.

Stefano was a great salesman.

Stefano was a great salesman. He was very transparent. He respected our budget and helped us with a car that suited our needs. He didn't push anything on us that we didn't want. Keith was great in finance. He was very transparent about the financing. Everyone was great and friendly.

I’ve bought 14 cars from Brandon Hyundai since 1996. The last 4 from Nikki. Her service is unmatched. Even with the aftermath of a hurricane my sales lady Nikki came in and was sure to take care of me from beginning to end. She always goes above and beyond to ensure your happiness. There was limited power at the dealership however you wouldn’t be able to tell by the upbeat staff. Darien in finance did a fantastic job getting me out in no time and was a pleasure to work with. 5 stars once AGAIN!!!
