I worked with Dave on the trade of our 2017 for a new 2023. I went over with no expectations. I was surprised with their willingness to deal and try to make the new car affordable for us. To my surprise it all worked out and they even delivered the new car for me.

Next time instruct your driver to run pickup through car wash. It was covered with road salt. Our first view of the pickup was disappointing!

Tyler was great to work with. I found my Tahoe online (when originally searching for a Wagoneer) & knew I had to have it. I submitted a request online then received an email/call from Tyler straightaway. I was getting ready to head out of town so I basically dropped everything to go get it because it was the last one they had, in a rare color (which I love), & all of the other 2023s here in CR are all still in transit with no ETA or already spoken for.. He made sure everything was ready to go for me when I got into Dubuque as I requested beings I drove about an hour & a half one way & was on a time crunch. I was nervous about the height of the Tahoe because of the trim level I bought so he literally went to service to grab a tape measure & measured the height so I would know for certain it would fit in my garage! He was nice to help transfer everything from my Pacifica to my Tahoe. He also made sure I was able to get logged into the MyChevy app before leaving the dealership. I even received a thank you text later in the day as well as the next morning making sure I didn’t have any additional questions & a follow up on my ClearGuard appointment. 4 stars because I had a small hiccup in the finance office however the sales manager, Darren addressed right away. Overall it was a painless experience & I am very happy with my new Tahoe. I would definitely recommend Tyler if you’re purchasing a vehicle. He was responsive, knowledgeable about the product, & respectful of my time & budget.
