Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Went to search for a new car. The salesman started out being helpful and nice so may husband brought may car back for an appraisal for a trade in. He got an amount and the salesman said he would call so we waited from Wednesday to Monday and he never called. I called him because I was still interested but he told me he had been busy and was going to be off so he gave me the name of another person from the dealership and said he would call me. I waited two days to hear and called and left a message for the new guy both days to call me. I never heard from anyone. So I then went to another dealership and have now ordered a new Forester. The service was so bad with no one calling me back that I am glad I never bought there because I would worry about the service now also.

Good and Bad
I intended to buy a Subaru but was pushed so much by the sales and financing staff that I almost went somewhere else. i may buy another Subaru but it won't be from Dutch Miller. Here is an example. I came in with a friend just to test drive a car. Next thing I knew, the salesman was handing me a bag to clean out my old car. I came back and bought a Subaru but I wasn't happy about it. On the other hand, service so far has been excellent.

Purchased 2013 Subaru. 3 was 1000 miles later the motor blew up due to a bad turbo that they were made aware of a week after the purchase. Do not purchase from them. Scam. Rip-off

Sold the vehicle I got approved to buy. Tried to sell me a vehicle 5x the price after I drove all the way there, after telling me the vehicle sold. No one knew how to apologize.

They texted me about buying my car
I get a text from a sales man named Chris they want to my buy my car. Encourages me to look for something to trade mine in on. I find something. Even tell him I found a car and did the online application for credit. He tells me he will check into it. Then calls me and encourages me to come test drive the car. I got so excited. I get there.... test drive the car... and then got told my credit is too bad. They could have told me that before i wasted my time driving there and test driving. Very disappointing experience.
