Bought a car here in February of 2022 and 7 months later the engine is no good! They obviously sold us a lemon and ripped us off for $19,000!!!!!! I hope they can make things right! If not my lawyer will be getting involved!!! 😡

This store has the best service around. I had issues with my SUV that I always brought to a franchise dealer and the problem was never fixed, right down to the air pressure in my tires. Auto Factory fixed all the issues, pressure is the same in all my tires (it’s been years). And much cheaper than the franchise dealership. You will not be sorry, if you bring your car here for service. Five star service.

Auto factory doesn't have a large amount of cars, but they have good quality cars. They also service their cars on site. Bill was excellent to work with, and he guided me to a used vehicle that was actually 7 years old but a great value and in great condition. He didn't try to upsell me on the more expensive car I was originally there to test drive. He is a straight shooter and overall nice person. It was a great experience after searching for a used car for months in a very bad market to be buying. The car was reasonably priced and in great condition.
