Awesome

Jason was really nice and super helpful. Jason was detailed when he was going over the multi point inspection. My car was finished when they said it would be finished.

Fantastic!

My experience at Granite Subaru was amazing as always! I am always treated so great there and the staff is amazing! I purchased a new Outback and I worked with Steve Willis, Steve Uliano and Mike Wright. I cant say enough how wonderful they all are. They went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted and at a price I could afford. Theres no other dealership around that would treat you so well AND save you money in the end! Thanks guys!!!! Great Service with extras!

Tim helped reviewed what I needed done, besides an oil change. Service cleaned the car, inside & out! The car was ready just when Tim said it would be.

Great team!

My husband and I went in wanting to test drive a crosstrek, we have been wanting one for a while. My husband set up a test drive appointment and as soon as we walked in everyone was super nice and approachable. Josh was our sales rep and he was amazing. He knew what we were looking for and was able to answer any of our questions. We didn’t know till the end that we were his first sale we though we were his first sale of the day! Great job josh! Everyone was super personably which we haven’t seen before which will make us come back again for our next subaru!

Low tire pressure light came on while in Manchester.

I drove to Granite Subaru from Manchester, and without and appointment they checked my tires inside of an hour. Tim was very helpful. Thank You

Very Thankful

Mario & Pat were great with me, worked very hard to get me into a car. I have tough credit, they took the time to search all banks to get the best rate. The were very straight forward and direct. I was there for a while but they did what it took to get me into a new car!

Too long a wait for scheduled oil change

Scheduled an oil change days ahead of time. Told it would take 30-45 minutes when I arrived. Took 1 hour 15 minutes. Informed of delay and all of that, but still... That's too long to wait for an oil change. I expected better.

I got everything I was looking for!

I went to Granite Subaru to lease my first Subaru. I went thinking I wanted a Legacy, but with a set price range in mind, Shawn was able to find me an Impreza with all of the bells and whistles I wanted that was also in my budget. I am very pleased with my experience and all of the help that he provided me with to get me exactly what I was looking for. I LOVE my new Impreza sport! Shawn was excellent in aiding me in finding my dream car, and Patrick was incredible in working with me to make sure I got it, thank you both!
