Bait and Switch

prices advertised are not accurate, don't waste your money and time by going there, they add soo much fees on documents and misc stuff that would cost not even $100 , very dishonest n bad dealer, do NOT BUY FROM HERE, you've been warned.

Worst Car Dealer ever

HORRIBLE! BUYER BEWARE. They get you in with their low advertised price then add fees and extra items that are clearly marked "optional" on the contract. When I declined and said that I didn't want any of the "optional" items they stated that i HAD to purchase them and that it is company policy. That's not OPTIONAL if they are making me purchase it. Not until I told them that my father in law was a lawyer and that he wanted to talk to the manager and discuss that what they are doing is illegal, did they remove those items from my contract.

Best lot by far

Smooth and easy process had a great experience bought a car with ease , by far was a painless buy was in and out came to an agreement with an amazing price

Many cars in the inventory to choose!

Had trouble credit. Couldn’t get approved anywhere else.. but they help me get it done! I’m so happy with my new car.. ED and Steven even explained on how to refinance, in 6-8 month. Get knowledge. I’ll be back!

waste of time

Poor customer service, bad attitude. Lots of junky cars with poorly hidden body work.

HIDDEN FEES BUYER BEWARE

They get you to show up with the low advertised prices and then add “fees” that they cannot explain when they run the numbers. My guess is they’re use to taking advantage of people with bad credit and will sign at all costs. That’s not the case with us. They advertised a Kia with 915 miles for 13099 when the numbers came back it was 16500 plus taxes and fees. When asked where the additional 3500 came from we were told “fees” I asked what kind of fees. He said they have to rehab the vehicle and make sure it’s safe. “All cars are different” I said this one has 915 miles so you’re telling me every car on this lot has “fees” much higher than that. He couldn’t keep a straight face. We walked out. Shady, scummy used car salesmen beware.

Horrible

I had a very horrible experience attempting to work with this dealership. I initially called I was told to never call back after declining to shape personal information. I was given an apology after giving a review suitable to my experience and was asked to remove the review in exchange for a discount on the vehicle I was interested on buying. I went to the dealership to see that the vehicle was incredibly filthy, had heavily damaged paint, and a non functional sunroof. I was told by a sale rep named Fred that he would take care of the issues within 16 days and the vehicle would be taken to a shop the very next day. After 2 days I drove past the dealer and to my suprise saw the vehicle had not moved at all in the time. I called the sales rep asking about the vehicle and he swore that he had personally delivered the car to the shop and that ihe was in contact with the shop. After stating that I saw the car on the lot and have photo evidence that it had not moved he because covering up his lie stating how I had misinterpreted him because he supposedly was now waiting for the shop to pick the car up and it actually wouldn't be picked up for another week. The whole time he continued to swear that he never said he dropped the car off at all and that it was me not understanding what he told me. Again his name was Fred. I was able to talk to a the manager but it was of little help. I would highly recommend never doing business with this dealership.

Slippery sales tactics beware

Well we were brought here for the low online advertised price. Once we sat down the price had already gone up $500 for some type of dealer fee that was not itemized in writing anywhere. Then it went up another $500 for anti-theft device, which we were told was not an option for the car since it was already installed. Then went up another $800 for GAP insurance which we were told was required to get the financing from them. We were tired and it was late, but we did ask for the option to refuse these options. Upon reading the terms of the contract, both the anti-theft and the GAP were supposed to be options. I wont go through the details of the 10-15 times I had to call and email to get refunds (also in terms of contract) for the GAP, anti-theft, and extended warranty (our choice, but didnt want anymore). Essentially, they never returned phone calls and each step of the process involved calling back to inch along and follow up. They also dont like answering questions in writing, which is a sign of how trustworthy and honest these people are...i dont want to spend any more time thinking about these typical used car salesmen.

Terrible Management

Hello BEWARE of this place, some of salesmans will put you in the right direction but when it comes to Finalizing the deal with the main manager Ed, he is terrible he cared more about his phone then helping us finalizing. Just to short the experience so I won’t have to type a long paragraph BEWARE OF MANAGEMENT. That’s it and also we never brought the car because we couldn’t get parts on the car fixed in the time frame the manager said.

Crooks liars and thieves

The vehicle I came to look at is nonexistant. Got complete runaround from Gilbert. Was told it was at another facility for inspection as it just came into inventory. After a week we gave up trying to buy the vehicle. Afterwards found out it has been listed for over 65 days. Went to other location and it wasnt there either
